Amazing ,valued food that is both delicious and amazingly cheap. The chicken here is absolutely amazing! Try out the hot and cold sides with 2 every meal. My personal favourite is Baked potato, corn on the cob and Potatoe Salad!

Nice place to eat or have a group meeting or something along the line but be prepared to q and wait for your food during peak hours

This outlet has the most friendly and capable staffs. Hendrick is one of them. Always very accommodative and polite. Aston is good with chicken dish e.g. Chargrill Chicken, so, that should be your first option. Chicken Confit is worth to try. I will always order an a-la-cart of french fries to go with the beer. The current draft beer is Stella Artois, served cold!

Food was okay, not that bad. Price increased again recently. Ordered medium rare steak but it felt rare, still edible. Queue cleared rather fast while the wait for food was a little long. Serving of the side dishes felt generous and i hope that they can give more of the black pepper chicken chop sauce in the future. Baked potato looks cute.

Probably my last visit to this place.. It was 15 mins to 2 when I placed my order, aka not peak lunch hr, food took 25 mins to be served after I reminded the waiter my food are not here. Chicken was served without my side and I did not know frying onion rings took 30 mins. Guess everybody in kitchen can't wait to go home.
When the onion rings is served, the waitress still told me it's freshly prepared for me. I retorted, u ppl made it from scratch in the kitchen? Cutting the onion and breading it on the spot?
Bottom line, guess I won't be bringing my section to Aston for a Dept Makan this Thursday. There are many places with much better service that cost and taste the same..
P.S. They stopping the German beer and will be switching to another brand.. so long Aston and good luck..

Since Singaporeans can often be such entitled, and often shockingly ignorant Millenials, i will write an honest review of Aston's, based on my forty-something visits to this particular venue in Sembawang. I have lived in several countries and tasted many restaurant dishes both expensive and economical; from $200 steaks in Shanghai to $20 burgers in Singapore. The staff at this Aston's are fast, professional; and always friendly (especially the Manager). But, the best thing about this restaurant is the quality of the steak. In my opinion, it is the best in Singapore. Order well-done, and you get that rich, juicy and tender type of Sirloin that is so difficult to find today, no matter where you live! Unlike the cardboard steak you can easily find in local Shanghai restaurants, and the rather bland and tough steaks you can find at Jack's place and elsewhere in Singapore (even at good hotels), the steak at THIS Aston's is *always* mouthwatering. It is also very inexpensive, at just $14 or $15 for a generous serving. All in all, i feel Aston's deserves the 5 stars i have given it. If you enjoy whining and complaining about food, a visit to this Aston's will definitely assist in removing that "special characteristic!"

Pretty average food at moderate prices(compared to other local steak houses). Steak was tough and fatty, although cooked to medium rare. The steak was unevenly cooked and the beef used was of low quality. Black pepper chicken chop was pretty good, the chicken was tender and the sauce was moderately spicy. Fiery chicken chop was nice and spicy. The breaded fish was nice and soft, but was bland. Horrible service, the lady who served us dropped 3 pieces of wedges on our table(the table was empty) and briefly said sorry before walking away, neither helping us pick up the wedges nor compensating for it. Also, when we asked this same woman if she could get us a drink, she took more than five minutes to get it, even though it was a canned drink. We called in the manager to speak to her about this, only then did they compensate for the food dropped by bringing us more potato wedges and apologizing for her staff's horrible service. Good ambience in the restaurant. Very crowded on all days. If you're looking for a good place to get steak, this probably isn't the place you're looking for.

The service is friendly and the food great! Order the crispy fried chicken and enjoy the juicy tender meat. Also try the herb infused escargots.

Tender steaks & BBQ chicken! At reasonable price. Great coffee. Friendly cosy comfy ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists & families.

You are forced to order in the queue but the supervisor at the cashier was incredibly impatient as we were ordering even though there was no one at the queue behind us. If you do not want to give your customers time to think about their orders then you shouldn't force them to order in the queue. I wouldn't have minded if the cashier was friendly and patient but his bad attitude made me lose all appetite.

Had the iberico pork ribs. It was so so. Most of the flavor was on the outside where the sauce contacts it. There was a somewhat porky taste in the rib that wasn't masked by the sauce.

if you like burn chicken and like to have cancer this is the place.
i come here 2 to 3 time a month and 1st time had a burn up chicken. duty supervisor is unable to explain.

Astons is a chain store specializing in Western food such as chicken chop, steaks, and burgers. Recommend the Hickory BBQ Chicken, Ribeye Steak, and the amazing iEat Super Burger, especially if you like deep fried onion.

They moved from upstairs after the renovation. The place looks cleaner and is still have quote a descent sitting area. Food wise is what you expected of Aston. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Its food is quite nice and it is served at an affordable price.But the location is not that good,I prefer the old location(Level 3)to the location now(B1),if it was level 3,my mum can choose a seat which is outdoor and we can play at the splash park while she enjoy her meal.

I ordered a salmon set last saturday and while eating the salmon, something caught in my throat. I thought it was ok, then didn't do anything about it. Thereafter I felt I was having sore throat, so just went to work as usual and have those sore throat medicine. On Wednesday night, I started to get high fever. Went to see doctor the next day after work, doctor told me that something was inside the throat and it is hurt. After that having high fever for 3 days..... today is Sunday, most likely tomorrow have to take no pay leave again.... Just a reminder, beware of bone in the salmon >.
