Tried their seafood dinner buffet. Selection not a lot but diners will get a good selection of asian cuisine (it being an asian market cafe). The basic seafood stuff like crab, prawn, clams, oysters and squids were there. Generous portions of salmon sashimi up for grab. Selected few dishes were quite delicious (e.g. sayur lodeh, roti prata, teh tarik, tofu, moist choc cake, durian puree). The size of the oysters looked a little sorry but nevertheless fresh. Staff were generally nice and have quite good service. Although food tasted OK generally, overall rating given would be three stars as the dining experience would have been better if there were more space in between tables

Went for the lunch buffet. Not value for money. Limited spread and average taste.
Seafood all not very fresh. No oysters or mussels, only small crab and scallops. ONLY chicken dishes, no beef or lamb alternatives. Desserts only a few to choose, not memorable either.
Only redeeming part is the staff clear the dishes fast.

Staff could have been more forthcoming with informing guest regarding on going promotions.
Service was a bit slow but service staff was friendly. The young chinese male service staff introduced us to some of the better dishes.
The signature egg tarts were a bit soggy but the custard was good.
Sashimi and cold seafood was ok. Except for some of the scallops which were sandy.

It’s an acceptable halal buffet spread, the food is not necessarily the best. But hey, there was a 1-for-1 promo. So no complains. Loved the Teh Tarik!

Excellent place to dine in. Fresh seafood. Food is tasty. Staff is friendly and attentive (especially Angelica) thumbs up... But a little failure is, by 8.30pm food is not top up.. Dessert area became empty. Seafood is left with just ice..

A mediocre local fare. The standard keep dropping every month i visited. Aug was the last time for me. Really not worth the $$$$ anymore. Though service staff are still good.

Had buffet lunch there. Seafood quite fresh and nice. Also sashimi corner. Quite a number of Asian delights, including deserts and soups. But fruits are limited. Service OK. Overall good experience and worth the money

Buffet lunch. One for one (U.P. $60++ per pax) with OCBC card. Eat until about to explode. Was very packed with people and a bit cramped on a weekday lunch. It's mostly Asian cuisine. Service not bad. Replenish was quick enough just that queues were a bit long.

A good spread of Asian fare, from fresh and grilled seafood, to hawker favourites like Hainanese chicken rice and laksa, to delicious Asian desserts like durian pudding, ching teng and make-your-own ice kachang. The restaurant has quite a big seating capacity, but it's best to make reservations. Good thing it's halal-certified so it's a great gathering place for multi-racial groups.

This is the go-to venue in Swissotel The Stamford if you're looking for an Asian and Singaporean buffet. There is a wide spread of dishes in two long sections running the length of the restaurant. While there were cold seafood choices including snow crab legs, prawns, oysters and raw salmon, the main attraction is the Asian and local cuisine.
We had grilled squid, chilli crabs, fried rice, fried noodles and stir fried vegetables. There was also a soup, self-help laksa, Malay and Indian roti prata section. Desserts including a cold durian paste, ice kacang, cakes and ice cream. Coffee and tea was refillable. Service was friendly, polite, helpful, and plates were cleared away quickly despite the full covers.

Good variety of food and quality. Service was good although the place was packed.

Affordable prices and so much of variety food :)

Currently they have the crab special menu for both lunch and dinner.
The good thing is there is a variety type of crab dishes e.g. Salted egg yoke crab, chili crab, tandoori style crab. Sounds good but for the price of $80 for dinner, I don't think it is worth what you have to pay.
The crab are those thin flower crab, not those fat Sri Lankan crab we found in restaurant. The variety of food is also very limited. The oyster, snow crab and salmon sashimi was slow to top up (or do they ever top up??).
Dessert range are also very limited.
For the price of $80 and the location, I expect something better. But sad to say it was not.
NOT recommended.

Not value for money.
All desserts & fruits & snacks taste terrible with poor utilities.
Poor management & handling of food like ice-cream.
Food handlers have no love for food, no joy equals no good taste.
Thumbs up:
Mutton curry
Satay
Non-oily Old cucumber soup
Branyi rice
Fried rice

Nice variety of local cuisine. Love the durian pudding.
