This is just two star hotel, those who are considering to just stay, that would be better but bed, surrounding, washrooms were not so good. I'm not recommending this to anyone. Sorry to say that

akash kumar (08/04/2018 11:58)
Yes it's one of the cheapest independent stay option but beware most of those single occupancy room doesn't have windows, so you will feel suffocated,. Even the one has windows doors not have proper ventilation even for toilets. Use only of you don't get option. Good point is that you have ample Indian restaurant around this.

The staff was so unhelpful and unfriendly. And the room facilities were very less worthy for the money we paid and wasted our time and money.room was very small very dirty very smelly. according to the charges i think hostel is more better then this ,,,or prefer some other option in the same price ,guys avoid to stay here

Good value! Right in the heart of 24hour shopping complex and eateries. Authentic Indian, Chinese, Singaporean food. 1am/2am/3am Hungry? Go down the lift and find plenty of options.
Well connected with all the modes of transportation.
Rooms and Bathrooms tiny... but hey you get what you pay for... right?

I have stayed here second time. It has very compact rooms. It is located just opposite to Mustafa center. So accessibility to all your designation it is easy. It is cheap only during week days. They have flexible rates. If you are planned to stay in SG on Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday then it is the best option. For weekend stay i will not recommend as it will not be a work for your money. Apart neat room and bed. Very tiny toilet and bathroom. It will be good for moderate people not for Fat one.

The location is fantastic! You're surrounded by great Indian restaurants and the famous Mustafa centre is across the road (and always open)! The staff at the hotel are quiet, but helpful if you have any questions or issues. The rooms are a modest size and basic, but comfortable enough for a budget room (just don't expect the Hilton). The rooms now have fantastic new air-conditioning!!! I've actually been cold, which is a huge improvement from my previous stays. The rooms come with a tv, but there's only one channel that has a clear picture. There is daily housekeeping here too. This is my go to place for staying in little India, because of the fantastic location. There are a few things that could be improved, but overall I'm happy enough here that I keep coming back 😊

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Can't believe it is 2 stars. Rooms were very old and tiny. I Had trouble sleeping because the place was not clean and felt really gross. Do not judge the hotel by the pictures! They are very misleading and the actual condition is far worse. There was mold growing in every crack in the room, the air conditioner had visible dust clogging the vents. It was blowing dust on us all night! The room also smelled musty and moldy (no windows). If you are thinking of staying here.... Run away, far far away. Terrible price for the condition.

Well maintained structure, neat & clean, but rooms are very small. Good location (exactly in front of Mustafa mall), walking distance from Farrer Park MRT, lot of eating options around, mosque within 300 mtrs. Hotel provides free wifi, AC, room cleaning service, bathroom has hot/cold water mixer.

Sam Zacharia (10/11/2017 08:17)
Most hopeless hotel I have ever stayed in my life. How could Singapore Government give license to such buildings ?, I don't know. No windows or ventilators for rooms. No safety aspects considered. It is like a rat trap. If something happens outside, no way out.

Sabila Enun (02/11/2017 01:26)
Small room, bathrooms are tiny, room service do not cleans room properly, front desk service very good, hotel position excellent just 2 minutes walking distance from mustafa centre and 5 minutes walking distance from city square mall. MRT stations, bus stations are within your reach. If you are shopaholic, not bothered about 4*/5 * hotels, looking for reasonable price Arianna is a good option for you.

Vibin Prince Raj (18/10/2017 16:09)
Apart from the location, there is nothing good about this hotel, small congested room without window and no ventilation at all. If your claustrophobic, you're doomed. The AC was dropping for 4 days on my 8 days stay and I did escalated this many times. And i was promised for getting a new room but it didn't happen.

THE WORST HOTEL IN SINGAPORE.I am so sorry to say that, although I have been to Singapore several times, Arianna Hotel is the worst hotel that I have stayed so far. It is not fair to say that almost all the staff members are bad, the two Indian receptionist are good. They are polite. But the one who who was on duty on the 29th of November, 2016 from 8a.m. to 8.00 p.m. has no positive qualities . He misbehaves and he is full of impolite qualities. He does each thing, for money. On the previous day ( 27th night )when I asked for an extension stay for a few hours, I was told to pay only 40 dollars but on the 29th the above mentioned selfish and money minded receptionist took 110 dollars instead of 80 dollars and for airport drop he asked me for 80 instead of 60 dollars. Such persons should not be given the post and the duty of a receptionist because receptionist is the one who can make a great difference to the betterment of the hotel. His polite or impolite words can make a huge difference. The other thing is , the bathrooms are so...........small that there is no space to turn here and there properly. I was injured in my elbow several times and the bathrooms are not properly maintained. If serious steps are taken quickly to correct these problems , more and more guest will come .

Neamul Kabir (14/08/2017 06:37)
Low cost hotel. Though the facilities are not upto the mark, can manage to stay confortably

Chris Cairns (24/07/2017 12:17)
Not sure about the "other" rooms but ours was just behind the front desk. No windows, so couldn't tell if it was day or night. Room was tiny and a lot of noise in the night from the front desk and other guest. This place would suit backpackers better.

Jacob Bower-Bir (12/07/2017 15:45)
Small, windowless, overpriced rooms, but relatively cheap for Singapore. Reasonably well located for public transport. Well located for restaurants. The pillows had mold growing in them, but the staff promptly switched them for new pillows. Although polite, the staff was not always attentive.

Rajitha Jayasekera (21/05/2017 05:44)
The hotel room is extremely small and you don't even have space to
turn without touching the door or wall in the bath room. The mattress
gave me a back pain through out the stay.

The worst thing is i lost my iPhone 7 at the hotel room. The last
time i used the phone is at the restaurant nearby and their CCTV
cameras clearly show i put it inside the pocket. The next morning
when i wake up, it was gone. It will only take 2 minutes to reach the
hotel from the restaurant and i requested the hotel staff to check
the CCTV footage from the day i lost it. I was using the phone in the
elevator and corridor. I stayed there for 8 days after that and
inquired daily about it. They didn't provide it. Even i lodged a
police complaint and it has the location it was lost, as Arianna
hotel. I am pretty sure that the staff had something to do with this
otherwise they would at least check the cctv footage for me.

The next thing is i packed my luggage one day before checking out.
Then after coming home only I realized that so many items are missing
from my bags. Only the hotel staff had access to my room.

The weight scale they had, to check weight was a not working
properly. I was unsure about the weight it showed and then I checked
my weight and then only noticed it is indicating the wrong weight. I
had to go to Mustafa center and buy a new weight scale to my self.
The best thing was Mustafa had the same scale which the hotel had and
unfortunately it was the cheapest model available there. I was very
disappointed by the way hotel treat their guests as someone might get
into serious trouble in the airport.

I hope someone else might not get into trouble staying at this
horrible place, after reading this.

We 17 person chkd on 15/05/2017 and had a bad time spending in this room which I can not called room its like cells. The Price Charged for this rooms are very high compared to other star hotels. And also customer service also very rude and no hospitality. This is my worst hotel i stayed in Home country or Abroad.so i never step to your hotel in future or recomend to anybody who visits Singapore.

hyzam rauf (17/05/2017 06:23)
I stayed in this hotel for 1 night on May 15th 2017. This is the worst hotel i have stayed in Singapore. The Room and Toilet was far too small for the price you pay. The Chinese Receptionist was very rude and was concerned only about money. i will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

ASHISH PILLAI (01/05/2017 06:34)
A cheap hotel for stay in Little india in front of Mustafa shopping centre. Good places to eat nearby both Indian and local. Lots of shopping opportunity in Mustafa centre. Lavender and Farer park MRT are nearby.

Oriana Tio Parahita Nainggolan (24/04/2017 00:28)
I love to stay at this hotel when I travel to Singapore. This hotel close to Farrer Park MRT station only 5 minutes walk and also very close to Mustafa Centre only 1 minute. Near the hotel there so many restaurants, especially India food.

Ashan Dissanayake (06/03/2017 14:07)
Excelent service, Staff and Hotel !!. I will be back this year. Thank you all for making my holiday here at Arianna Hotel fantastic. The receptionist was really helpful he was arraigned a free ride to Universal World. The hotel is of course a budget one but still it's quite good since it's located at a central location.

Jatinder Singh (28/12/2016 05:59)
Don't waste your money here. Rooms are very small with bad smell. The receptionist don't know how to treat customer.

chhay leakhena (09/08/2016 09:01)
During 1 night stay, room very small, ugly, towel or blanket looked like bath mat, bathroom so small, the water drop from the shower all time, the air- con. make noise that make me could not sleep.
staff very rude. price very expensive if compare to the room condition.
i will not stay in this hotel anymore and recommend to my friends do not stay in this hotel when they travel to Singapore.

Vaibhav Bhave (26/07/2016 12:35)
Small rooms. Worn out towels. Only positive is that it is directly opposite Mustaffa exit 5

Ivan Anishchuk (15/06/2016 14:52)
They do something really weird about credit card authorizations. Instead of charging that card which would seem logical, they insist on paying separately and promise to release that outstanding authorization (still waiting for that to happen). So, at least at some point, you'll have double the price blocked on your card.

Rooms are small and smell weird but I've seen worse, not bad for the price.

Location is strategic, on the other hand - close to mrt station, shopping center, and restaurants.

vijay vicraman (14/06/2016 10:43)
Cheap and economic hotel. Need to choose the room carefully. Otherwise you may end up with struggle.

Danu Djojosoemarto (26/05/2016 06:30)
Very strategic place, just across the Mustafa Center, near mrt station, near food court, easily accessible

SCAM HOTEL WARNING/ALERT. Fraudster management

I am writing to express my great dissatisfaction in their counter staff and the way he handled this issue, he behaved like a gangster and have not proved otherwise throughout our stay. First your receipt took a long time to call someone he claimed to be from your management staff, he then proceed to cancel my booking, made excuses and proceed to charg me approx. $66 for the room in cash. (To our horror after we left the hotel we found out that they double charged us without any reason)

The room smelled of cockroach and was in really bad condition, but that was not the worst issue we faced.

As a fellow Singaporean I can only say, shame on people you.

I'm filing a police report already and urge people from staying, do it at your own risks.

Cheers

Shazmil Nassar (24/11/2015 03:17)
Well staffs are one crazy hell. . . EVEN if you book online you won't get your room. . . you will have to wait until they change there mind to give a room and bloody made us stand out for a long time. . . and I still got a shitty room as in I can sit on my bed and wash my leg in the bathroom. . . the worse is bathroom is just one standing place for everything for one person. . . the only best thing about this hotel is its just opposite to mustafa center which is open 24/7 and have everything you need can imagine
