Saw a bed frame that i like in the store, enquired about the price twice with the salesperson in store and once over the phone last friday. The salesperson confirmed the price and asked me to head down to the store and she will help me see if she can ask her boss for more discount. Took leave on wednesday (5 days after the confrmation via phone) to travel from singapore to JB, only to be told that the price is not as stated previously, as the price has increased. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not recommend.

Very poor quality products! Paying over 10k get broken items, even though complaint but they dont want to bear the responsibility. Think twice before you go!!!

Unreliable merchant, Singaporeans who want to buy from them please beware. Called them a few days before delivery to make sure everything was ok and they gave the assurance that everything would be fine. On actual day of delivery 3 items were missing and their excuse was their warehouse forget to load up the lorry. On the 2nd delivery, which was 2 days later, the 3 missing items were delivered but there were major, very obvious defects on one of the items! The finishing panel at the top of the item had dumps on them which were also visible from far. Obviously we called them up and they apologized and promised to fix the defects 1 week later. So waited for them a week later for them to fix the defects and guess what? No one turned up! Once again they have forgotten about it. 3 times of under delivered expectations were enough for us and we had asked for a full refund and returned the defective item. Overall we had a very unpleasant experience and had wasted almost 4 days of our time, taking time off from work as they can only deliver to Singapore on week days, putting up with their poor customer service that had failed miserably!

i am happy with the service i received from anz home furniture, was recommended by my neighbour who also purchased from them. Visited their showroom in bukit indah johor bahru 2 months ago. Both price and quality are good compare to others.
most importantly is their service, we have read through many bad experience from other furniture shop in jb, mostly are service related. they have many branches in jb, so in term of service and price competitiveness is an advantage.

I will not recommend ANZ furniture shop to anyone. They have been delaying the delivery of my furnitures a few times and gave last min notices (1-2 hours before the promised deliver time). They can only deliver on the weekdays. Therefore, we have took leaves (as no one at home) to wait for the furnitures. There were once where we have to asked our relatives to come to our house to help us as both husband and myself were overseas at that time. 1-2 hours before the delivery time, ANZ informed one of my relatives that they can’t deliver the furnitures on that day. They have to delay it to a few days later. I’m very disappointed with this matter. It has been 1 and half month from the date that they have promised to deliver the furniture to us and till now, we still have not receive our furniture.

Am very disappointed with the service of ANZ home furniture.
1. My family is supposed to take delivery of the furniture on 22nd May (Mon) at Singapore. Someone from ANZ confirmed the delivery on 19th May (Fri before) via phone for the delivery on 22nd.
2. However, we received a call on 21st May (Sun) at about 10pm, informing us that the bed frames and the sofa will not able to deliver on agreed date. Reason given by ANZ is that the customization for the bed frames was not according to plan and the electric panel for the sofa was in shortage.
3. The delivery for these bed frames were then delayed to 30th May and the delivery for the sofa was delayed till further notice. They have informed they will likely delay the delivery of the sofa to mid June.
4. On 22nd May, one of the furniture (work table) was missing a drawer handle which we have feedback and they confirmed the missing part will be delivered together with the bed frames.
5. On 30th May, the bed frames were delivered but NOT the missing drawer handle. Furthermore, one of the bed frames has issues. The front of the bed frame is blocking the opening of the 2 side drawers. This should have been rectified during customization. Currently, the 'problematic' bed frame is still at my new house and ANZ has showed no response to bring back to their factory to rectify.
6. The front of the second bed frame is shaky and the delivery guy informed that it is like that, without solving the issue.
a) Why did ANZ give a call to confirm delivery and then give us another call to 'unconfirm' the delivery HOURS before the actual delivery? Why wasn't a confirmation done internally before reaching out to the customer?
b) Why can't you provide a confirmed date of the delivery of the sofa? We have ordered the furniture in March and make the full payment in April. This is 2 months ahead of original delivery date. Why was there an issue of electric panel shortage? I am working in the shipping industry. 2 months lead time will allow shipping of any items from US/Europe to Asia and back. And I will suppose these parts should be within Asia. Why do you discovered this issue only hours before original delivery
c) Do ANZ know that courier service can deliver the electric panel fast? Why do we still need to wait for half a month for delivery of the sofa? ANZ has shown no sense of urgency of meeting customer deadlines. We have been delaying our moving in due to all these problems.
d) Why was the simple drawer handle missed again during the second delivery? Who is doing the coordination and ensuring that EVERYTHING is delivered on time?
Initially, I was thinking of recommending to my friends to get furniture from them in the future. After this unpleasant incident, I guessed this will not happen.

Don't even go ANZ home furniture to buy furniture.I had placed an order to deliver on earlyJan 2017 and it was keep on delay till end of Jan.Sofa cushion come with different design and stool without leg and color not same as what we order. Asking for change and drag till now March 2017 still not yet make change for me.

Number of incident that I really unhappy with ANZ furniture Home company.
1)I had called to sutera mall store 1 week in advice saying will come to the shop in order to change my sofa color. After 1 week and I come to sutera mall store and staff told me no sample color to review and direct me to Bukit Indah store. Then, when I went to b. indah store and again the staff told me no sample color here.Again, they direct me go to johor jaya branch to view the color sample.
Totally no responsibility from all branch staff.
2)I placed the order by Nov 2016 and request early delivery on Jan.But then, it was drag till like end of Jan just before 1 week of Chinese new years.
When 1st delivery, staff agreed to deliver by 2pm but end up delivery guy only reach by 5pm without any informing.
Sofa cushion come with wrong design(as I request custom design for cushion) and stool with different color as what we order.Then, stool was no leg to install.After the next day, 2nd delivery and they change the stool to me but again color is wrong as what I order.
So, it was close to Chinese new year period and they can't do anything for me due to factory shutdown till Chinese new year (初十五-days 15).
3rd delivery- they just change the stool color for me but still the sofa cushion not yet done and re-delivery.
I can't believe that they need more than a month to get cushion ready. Is my 1st time seeing that need almost 4th time delivery a sofa to customer but the sofa still getting wrong design n color. I am waiting for number 4th delivery for my right sofa cushion and I don't know when can I get it? Is been drag from Jan till March and I still not getting my sofa with completely right.
Is my 1st time and also Last time to visit and purchase from ANZ furniture Home Johor.
