Environment is great . Very helpful staff and doctors. All amenities are there for both animal and owner. Especially when accidents happen. A hose outside for washing. Free water. Nice comfy seats. Only issue is that senior doctors are really expensive and if missed appointment cannot get it back anymore. Even if wait might not be able to see doctor so be on time!

This practise of still charging surcharge after hours still apply despite if you book your appointment hours before the after hours service. The vets are good but please we can;t kid ourselves because they are still a haunting for profits over welfare your dog. Definitely not a industry practise. I have my fair share of argument with them but they stick to their profit earning principle. Animal Ark (tampines) does not have this practise, as the moment you register your attendance according to your appointement time before after hours, you still be charge before hours consultation if somehow the vet is attending to urgent cases that will lead to serving you at after hours. Fair practise adopted by Animal Ark. Doctors Stone and Beck need to improvise on this provided they wanted to. Just to bad if you still want to stick to Doctors Stone and Beck.

Great Vet. They have been very helpful with our cats.

Extremely disappointed with the change in policy under the new management. After hours surcharge of minimally $140 is determined by what time the vet is able to see your pet, not time of registration. Which is ridiculous if you ask me. Meaning to say, if you arrive hours before "after hours surcharge" but the vet is busy with other patients that require immediate attention (i would totally understand) and is only able to see me "after hours", and I still liable to pay for the surcharge? I understand that making money is essential for a practice to continue but where's the balance between making a profit and the welfare of your customers?
Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they are equipped with the latest machines and Dr Cheryl tay has been very good with my dog but be prepare to pay a hefty price, even without any surcharge of sort.
PS: there's a liner on their notice board - "please do not embarrass yourself by asking for a discount". Says a lot about the motivations of the practice, doesn't it?

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience either.
I visited the centre with my newly adopted cat to inquire about her itchy and red ear. Both the doctor and nurses behaved like immature high school kids and were very unhelpful. For example, they all laughed at me when I asked for pen and paper to write down the ear drop instructions. I was stressed out, worried about my cat (who was meowing loudly) - and instead of helping, they were practically bullying me.
I'll never bring my cat to this vet again.
