Dr Gino has a lot of expertise in skin conditions and is the first vet I've met (we've been to 7 before him) who was able to give a full diagnosis of why my dog is itchy and to give us a solution.

Dr. Gino and the staff are absolutely amazing. I have taken my dogs to other vets in Singapore but Gino's treatment and advice have been the best, as he considers things not just from our point of view but the pets perspective and their quality of life too.

Dr. Gino is an excellent, reasonably priced vet. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the location is fairly accessible. Note: if you're driving there's very limited parking.

The best vet so far I experienced. Dr Gino a very honest and experience vet. Very reasonable charges and excellent treatment. The staffs are very nice and helpful. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Honest vet with great ethics. Will only advice u on e appropriate treatment for your pet. Save big on those unnecessary treatments.

This is an excellent place to check on your furry friend's health. The vets and staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and trying to be as accommodating as possible. It is a small office so it can get crowded but that is just a reflection of their excellent service.

Caucasian male veterinarian is good but local Chinese female vet there could be the worst experience you can have. She thinks she knows everything but don't even check pet thoroughly.

After going to 4 different vets, we finally settled on Dr Gino. He is very experienced and straightforward, and we can tell that he always has the pet's interest first. He is easy to talk to, and understands our concerns. His staff are friendly and helpful, taking the time to understand our dog's personality.
We're glad we found Animal Infirmary. The days of musical vets are over.

Dr. Gino, my last cat you said he had cancer, he's still alive and kicking, now my other cat has cancer according to you and the bill is past the ceiling. Janet sure has a very sharp knife! Sorry Gino, you just lost a very old client and friend. Janet, bottle of drip, outside $10-15 bucks, you, $100. I didn't forget that.

Started going to Dr Gino after bad experience with well known expat Vet practice. He is great - doesn't push expensive treatments, explains the pros and cons of alternatives and gives costings so you can make an informed decision. Seems to really know his stuff and very personable.

Am in waiting, on a medical practitioner, waiting on pets it is easy to say we are not in love with the pets we are protecting. Have a fee of Aussie dollar that needs to be fetched. And feel many people keep coming in the way of the retirement of pensioners.

Our dogs and cat have been going to Dr. Gino's clinic for three years now, after we switched from doctor to doctor repeatedly with our dogs' skin issues. He took them off expensive drugs and weekly shampoos. Back to basics and they have been very happy since.
