Dr Beatrice Cheng is an amazing doctor. She is very patient with my hamster Hammie (and me), gave me excellent information to understand the situation and to nurse my hamster, and have a calming presence. I am so grateful I am assigned to her and I am never seeing another vet ever again. Highly recommended!

Send 3 of our cats on seperate occasions for spaying and all of them was a wonderful & pleasant experience. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Hassle free & efficient service. Two thumbs up!!!

The service was friendly. I had brought my cat here sometime ago. And they were patient with my frightened cat. Be aware its mostly "dog patients" so assure your cats more

This is going to be a long post but I am posting my true real-life experience with this clinic and I will be providing my honest feeling about this vet. My dog has been with them for 6 years and going. There was once that she have to had a major operation and was being operated by Dr Wong which left afew months ago.For choosing of vet wise, I would suggest to the public if its your first time there, go for the more experienced one as I realised that the vet left after working for a few years which I finds it annoying as I have to keep looking for a "regular" vet which can tend to my dog all the time instead of changing vet and have to explain all of my dog situations, although they might have history of the dog but I heavily doubt that the "new" vets will run thru the history before tending to my dog. Personally, my dog have seen quite afew vets although I have tried to keep it to the lowest as possible.
Currently, I will just mentioned some which is still working over there. These advises are based on my free will and speech, which one can don't heed as afterall, to be honest, it's your choice if you would like to listen to it or not.
Dr Marese Ong - She is a very friendly but take her work seriously. She have shown alot of concerns towards pets and she is the type that "when its time to play,we play. when its time to study.we study." My dog doesn't usually get to visit her often due to time issues, but she never fails to show her professionalism towards caring for the pet.

Dr Bernice Cheng, she is the vet that I won't recommend to anyone. She is like that type of customer service staff that serve rich but ignore the poor. I remembered when my dog was hospitalized, perhaps she isn't the appointed vet for my dog, hence, she would care LESS about my dog. (PS:I am aware that vet earns commissions but this is totally unprofessional.) During the period that my dog was hospitalized, she have shown little interest in caring for my dog,as she was the appointed vet for weekends, and the words she uses isn't tactful enough. I remembered clearly that sentence she told me which was "Your dog is dying soon, you just be prepared for her funeral." I am shocked by how straight and direct she was, and sorry to disappoint her, my dog is still WELL AND KICKING AND IS ALIVE due to another vet which helps me to save my dog life by trying all sorts of methods and not giving up. As a vet, you should learn to talk tactfully and even though , you're giving a bad news, say out with empathy. As what if something was to happen to your child, you wouldn't like a doctor to say that right?

Dr Winnie teo & Dr Frederic chua- I hasn't let my dog get consult by them yet so I can't comment much.My dog used to have a regular vet which tends to her, but left SG to Australia for further studies.
Reasons for visiting:They have vet which are eagle to help heal your pets if you get the right vet for it. As i notice that actually some vet is specialized in their own way. It's better to do more research about it than just poppin in the store wanting to get a vet when eventually, as the result might turn out to be bad or worst than you expected. The counter staff are friendly and no matter how busy they are, they will try to find time to communicate with the customer. An advise, once you've chosen the vet, and if you felt that its the right vet for your pet, stay with the vet. This is 1 feedback I hope the clinic can take into consideration, which is to put some vet on standby for emergency case. There are times when I would like to book for a appt to check my dog but the staff informed that all the vet are full for the day, meaning they don't have free slots. I wish to comment that we are able to predict when we can bring our dog there for dental check etc but we can't predict when our dog need emergency treatment. This is the only part the clinic need to be aware of.Above are all my personal and true experience, and no falsify information being given. Its up to you if you would like to heed the advise or not. Thank you for reading.

Brought my 14 yr-old dog to vet and was attended by Dr Nally. She spent more time trying to convince us to do tests on my dog than diagnosing his condition. We did a blood test and my dog was found to be healthy despite his age. He was prescribed with antibiotics for his urinary infection, on second day he started to vomit and by third day he could neither eat nor move. We called the vet and they just told us to rush him down for emergency operation. They insisted it wasn't an allergic reaction to the meds they prescribed. How can they just decide to operate on my old dog without further diagnosis? We stopped feeding the meds and he got better but his condition was worse than before the visit. Totally regretted bringing him there.
I do not know if they regularly disinfect the clinic because we found ticks on my dog after his visit. That's completely unacceptable.

My toy poodle went for castration , but they only do the surgery in the afternoon when the clinic is closed. Fasting the night before (30/8), surgery only next day (31/8)afternoon and evening go home cannot eat and vomiting. We brought him back to the clinic and they give him injection to stop the vomit and medicine for the gastric .The next day (1/9) still the same ,whenever he try to eat , he will throw out later. We continue the medicine for a few days but still the same. 06/09 we decide to bring him to another vet, they did a x-ray and base on the vomiting and the dark poo, he is suffering severe gastrointestinal problem. Till Today 11/09 , he is still taking medicine and monitoring the vomit. I keep asking myself have i made the wrong decision ? What if the surgery was arranged in the morning (like most of the clinic) this may not happened. Small dogs might not able to endure such a long fasting time. :( feeling sad

Dr Chua is an incredibly experienced & patient vet. He does not push for test unnecessarily but instead takes time off to explain to us slowly why it is not necessary. I trust them with my poodles. Have never ever been to any other vets for 10 years except allpets ... It means a lot to me when a vet bothers to take time to explain slowly part by part and not based on assumptions. It shows that he bothers & not just some fast game consult..

Dr fred is a very experienced and skillful vet. been sending my dogs there to him yearly.

Ivy Woo (06/06/2017 15:36)
Dr Frederick chua is the most patient and professional vet that i have seen so far. The rest of the younger vets will keep pushing for tests and more tests but Dr Chua did not and he patiently explained to us why was needed and what not necessary. The way he handles animals shows professionalism and he is also very careful not to hurt my dog.

My dog was very roughly treated by Dr Jessie Wong while he was very sick. She just took the thermometer and inserted roughly till he gave out a yelp. We were shocked as there was no lubrication used or a warm pat on my boy at least. I would have assumed that being a senior vet, who charges at a premium, you woould have the least emphathy towards the animals but no, I don't see nor feel any. Do your pets a favour and not bring to her. My review via their FB page was being removed time n again, but I believe there are many other channels to warn others.

Brought my dog there for like 4 visits till now they cannot identify what is wrong with my dog skin. Had been trying things and different medication on my dog. Spent like over $600.
