Great & friendly service from Ukraine to Singapore. Moved in March 2018, it took us less than 6 weeks to receive our container with no damage.

This has got to be ome of the worlds worst movers. I regret not checking the reviews before using them. They are expensive and take such a longbtime to consolidate the shipment. It took me 3 months to get my items shipped from Melbourne to singapore, other companies do it in 6 weeks. Terribel follow up.

Allied did their best to make the move as smooth as possible. The wrapping and packing crews in Australia were especially efficient.
The Singapore crew was also professional even when the shipment was late.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars is related to cost.
Kudos to the Moving Consultant who has made the process a good one.

Allied Pickfords handled the Singapore end of our move from the U.S. We experienced multiple issues, both on the management side and in the move itself. On the management side, the company signed our condo's liability form, but wrote our names in (making us liable) without notifying us. They also shared our inventory list with the condo, while stating in the e-mail "Kindly note that I am actually not supposed to send you the packlist so as soon as you confirm, pls discard it". On move-in day, the movers were no where near the professionals who packed our crate. We had a full list of the crate contents and checked off each box number as the movers delivered our stuff. Once we had checked off all box numbers, the movers took the empty boxes and left. Ten minutes later, we realised we were missing the largest box with the most expensive item, our iMac. After a flurry of calls, and being given a disconnected contact number for the mover, we were able to get the truck to return and found the iMac on the truck after we asked to go through all the empty boxes. We do not know how the box got checked off on our list despite obviously not making it into our condo.

Wished I had seen the other reviews sooner.
An extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
- SLOPPY. Improper packing and unpacking of furniture and delicate objects. They ended up broken.
- RECKLESS. Damage to property because they tried to push the whole baby cot out of the room instead of disassembling it.
- UNPROFESSIONAL. The computer desk literally fell apart when we tried to shift it. There were also two huge tears on either side of our bed base. There was no doubt it was done with the box cutter when they were unwrapping.
- NEGLIGENT. Left out the bicycles which we removed from the bicycle racks and specifically handed over to the team.
- POOR INTERNAL COMMUNICATION . Destination team was no informed of assembly required for certain items. More delay and frustration trying to chase and have them come again to fix them.
- NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. No updates, follow-up or any communication. We had to follow up or else nothing was done.
I would NOT recommend their service to anyone.

Very poor experience. It's been 20 days and they have not even shipped. I don't know when it will come !! These guys are hopeless. I am just hoping that everything comes.

Allied Pickfords doesn't even deserve a star. To begin with, let me say that we moved about 400 kilometres, which isn't too far for such an extent of damage.
When Allied Pickfords came to pack up our things, we thought they were pretty okay, hence the small bit of a one star. They were finished in about three days. However, the unpacking led to some interesting damage. Here are just a few things we discovered as we opened up the boxes:
- Scratched and damaged televisions (TVs)
- A destroyed side table (they didn't bubble wrap it)
- Lost knobs for bookcases
- Cracked wood of a set of drawers
- While reassembling a bed, we discovered later the job was not done
properly so now the bed frame is loose and the legs are tilted and
broken
- A broken bed
- Stole (meaning the items were completely missing, and they weren't forgotten - we knew they were packed) expensive sports shoes and perfumes
- A chipped glass table
- Scratched portions of the floors in the new house and scratched walls
As you can see, their slogan 'The Careful Movers' is purely for advertising and they do not live up to it all. We also found out that the trailer (I think that's what it's called - it's like a large storage unit for transportation that is shared with one or two other groups that are moving, and you have to pay for it) was not used, and everything was moved in the truck. This was said by a member of the reassembling team at our destination who accidentally let out the information.
Other than this as well, they were very messy and did not follow directions written on the boxes for where everything was meant to go. They dumped things from the study in my little sister's bedroom, and everything was just everywhere. Also, the few belongings that we decided to pack ourselves, they carelessly threw around and messily repacked in new boxes, mixing everything up and making the job a hundred times harder. And the few belongings we did unpack, they threw on the floor and stepped on (they damaged old bags and purses from this).
Overall, stay far, far away from Allied Pickfords. They will steal, break, and damage your home. We lost at least a few thousand dollars of money from the trailer and broken possessions. Be warned.

Don't use this company. They have Singapore address and phone number, but they're actually in Manila. I called their number several times and no one picked up the phone. I had to be the one actively chasing them to find out what needs to be done to get my cargo delivered. Stay away from Allied Pickfords.

The worst mover I have come across. The actual volume doubled from what they quoted and of course, much more expensive than I have expected. Delaying my shipment and non-responsive. Customer service argumentative and shifting blame. Avoid at all cost.

The move from New Zealand to Singapore was our 7th international move and regret that we chose Allied Pickfords this time. Especially in Singapore it was poorly managed. It took them more than a week to clean up the mesh they created and collect the empty boxes, they were not able to assemble the furniture and left it to a handyman who never came. Won't recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away from them. One star is even to much.
