Bad customer service. Only one staff can handle Myanmar customer to send money and other staff cannot do anything even they are free due to no other customer.
The brand manager agreed to ask the staff in charge to handle my money sending process after she come back for dinner at 730pm, we wait until 739pm still the staff not yet back from dinner, and again the brand manager unable to do anything, the only message I can get is you want my services, wait lah, don’t want, go away lah.
Please do some improvements on it, thanks!
