Worst air-con installer ever!!After installing new Mitshubishi air-cons it started to leak after 2.5 months !!!! After several callings, my issue still not being resolved! They just pushed away their installation issue & even ask me to service every 2months!!! How ridiculous is that!! Already boycott them and share out their unethical conduct to all people that I know so that my friends and families won’t get the same disaster as I am!!

Prices maybe cheaper than others but quality is definitely inferior although they promised or proposed better installation material uses by asking you to top up but in the end, i found out from other service guy that the material used was basic quality. The whole installation was not done well ! No wonder air con leaking becomes a norm even after servicing !
Bought their extended warranty but gas leak also not covered , servicing with voucher given still more expensive than market and the servicing guy was not friendly and helpful. Just want to charge you more. Been engaging their services for the past 4 years and every servicing also got problem or need to top up ! Prepare to pay n pay ! So decided to use other servicing company !
Understand from other servicing guys ( Not from gain city ) that the best air con retailer is still Gain City as they tend to give you what they promised ! Although not the cheapest but its the best !

very bad salesmen. rude and demeaning. bad servicing. a system 3 compressor bought from them had issues within a year. and changed motor 2x and problem still surfaces. bad.

The prices were reasonable and might be cheaper than other retailers. However, the services were horrible and their assigned contractor did a shobby work in the installation which had caused the water to leak from the condenser pipe over time within a year. My floor laminate is badly damaged and the service staff has stopped picking up my call conveniently. Good luck to whoever has bought units from them.

Charge $280 to replace a $11 capacitor. VERY REASONABLE.

We last serviced our aircon unit in Oct 2015. We changed the motor in May 2015. This year we serviced twice. Having serviced the aircon unit just few months ago, the aircon unit continued to leak. This is so ridiculous! With my previous aircon, Daikin, I will not experience such problems (my Daikin unit was really old and was not energy saving that's why we decided to change). I believe no customer wants to buy a brand new aircon and every few months have to deal with leaking, destroying my furniture and waking up from my sleep due to the dripping water. It is difficult for me not to think that this company either want to earn more servicing fees or their service team just cannot do the job well. I will definitely not recommend this company unless they improve their service and their aircon units. I found them at an EXPO sale. I would suggest you pay more to go to other companies like Gain City. This decision to purchase my aircon with them is easily one of my biggest mistakes.

Very lousy experience with this company, arranged for them to come down to fix the air con and on the actual day they will call to inform they can't make it. Pls do consider if you plan to purchase from this company.
Honestly they deserve 0 star.
