I am still awaiting my "Aftershock mouse" that was promised to deliver when I purchased my PC during IT show 18th March 2018. They said April but didn't happen. Then postponed to mid May 2018 and next IT show is coming I still haven't received.

Helpful and polite customer service. However, my S17 laptop VGA is underperformed according to their service tech and will take awhile to order replacement. Had my laptop for less than a year before the VGA broke down (oct 2017) . Now (may 2018) , the gpu nvidia 1060 gtx that was previously replaced made a popping sound once and cannot be detected any longer.

Reliable and efficient laptops, have been using their line of laptop for 5 years (on the same laptop), changing to the next machine today, hopefully for another few years :)

Excellent helpful friendly service. The staff are knowledgeable, open and honest about their products. Excellent hardware, options and support. Not cheap, but then you get what you pay for!
I bought my 1st laptop from here 4 or 5 years ago and have never looked back.
Bought my 2nd laptop from here a few months ago and loving it too!
