Nothing in this mall works properly. Maintenace is bad, it's either broken or being neglected. Half of the toilet cant be used, parking pay machine out of order, potholes at parking, broken trolley, etc. The manager should be sacked.

Quite a number of eatery and a great place to shop. No high end boutiques though. Be sure to carry an umbrella with you as the parking area has no shelter. Only a small portion of the area leading to the cinema is sheltered. Overall, nice place to roam around.

Plenty of Restaurants and Smacked in the middle of all the Hustle and Bustle of Bukit Indah area. The Aeon Supermarket is always packed and very popular and the Mall has many shops including all the popular restaurants. You can easily find everything here under one roof from Tea, Groceries, Clothing, Household Stuff, Salons and also Kitchenware and Pharmacies and Jewelry.

Great place to catch a movie. It’s a good place to find food and generic clothing. Doesn’t have any major brands e.g. Nike here.

Not bad to shop here, has been here twice the second time was with extension.
Hard to get user or grab to fetch you though. While those blue taxis Will try to cut you down offering high price

It's a good base to shop for necessities with price cheaper than Singapore. Easily accessible from Singapore by bus from both Jurong East (CW3) and Boon Lay (CW6). Good cinema for a cheap price, with promotion of RM8 on weekdays morning. Walking distance to TESCO and Giant nearby. Food prices in food court are affordable and delicious, but often packed with people. A&W prices more expensive than Batam, Indonesia and smaller portion is a letdown. Pizza Hut service is quite good and recommended to go for a meal or 2. It's a good place to hangout overall.

Normal place n simple for normal people with ok brains. Convenient to do some groceries..everything under the roof...good place for families to buy groceries or food.. very convenient..cinema to watch good films. Good actors, Bruce Willis, The Roake, Jackie Chan, Tony Jar. Many restaurants.

It's really a nice big shopping complex with lots of retail shops and restaurants and eateries.
Nice place to spend time window shopping too. They also have a huge Carpark situated around the complex but it can still be hard to find parking spaces. So you can imagine how crowded this complex can be.
Also they have a nice cinema situated right at the highest level of the shopping mall.

Urgent: I just arrived from Ipoh & they're closing the mall! They are closing now on 12 Dis 17 due to electric supply problem since couple days ago, said the security guard. Need to call their office to ensure their reopening date.

One of the biggest Aeons I've been to. A lot of shops, well air conditioned and the quality is decent. Recommended for cheap shopping.

A perfect getaway for quick shopping and dining. A great mall with plenty parking lots and great dining outlets. From local delights to western delicacies suitable for the young and old. One of the biggest supermarket in the area. A quick drive from the Tuas checkpoint

Big supermarket is available. Tons of shops and food. Long lost a n w can be found here. Child play area inside the departmental store. Toys r us is also available and toilet includes child height urinal for boys.

I really don't know the management here doing, one day come feels like the worker there protesting by wearing uniforms and gathering together to sleep in the trolleys. Broken gantries, Madness if jammed can take an hr to get out from the place. Some floors about to give way and cracks. The building never maintained, wall paints outside AEON is a disgrace. Hope they can turn this into Tebrau Aeon.

Nice family mall. You can find Aeon Japanese supermarket, Lavender bakery, Donuts shops , clothing stores and Daiso Japanese store. Parking is very reasonable, like $1 for two hours.

They have everything here, to things you need, and you may not need. Lots of tenants, and more choices for customers to pick and choose which one is the best bang for your buck. HUGE shopping mall that will sore your feet after you're done with your shopping.
Expect the parking to be very difficult to find on weekend or holidays. Only RM1 for parking more than 1 hour. AEON's food corner is ok for having snacks, but there are still plenty of choices in there.

Love this place. Have weekday specials and a lot of varieties of food here, quite big too with cinema and carpark adequate with some parking with some shade. Only 1 Ringgit per entry. Worth it. Enjoyable shopping

Large shopping centre, good for grocery shopping and eating. There is a cinema too. Lots of parking but can get busy on weekends.

I love this shopping center. You will find everything you need (or not really need!). You could spend all day here. Apart from the AEON supermarket and the usual shops there are lots of food stalls and restaurants, nail shops, beauty salons, hair dressers and all the little things you might want to buy you will find ..... The whole mall is very clean. Quite big entertaining area for kinds. Parking here is a bit of a nightmare, but if you come early and not have to shop Friday afternoon or on weekends it is allright.

Good variety of shops.
Really Need improvement to the Upkeeping of the place. Many floor tiles are either missing or cracked. Toilet cubicles are either locked or out of order for extended periods

I like Aeon, always there spend time with friends, a lot of stuff to choose from food to fashion, even cinema was there as well very easy access to go through Aeon.

A great shopping center. I personally go there quite often myself to watch movies and buy new clothes and sight-seeing. Good place to spend the weekend here.

Another huge mall from Aeon. Well tenanted with a good mix. Anchor Jusco and Padini are the great chain store of Malaysia and offer very good bargains on some items. A great place to shop and dine.

Nice shopping. Good food. Rip off "Budget" taxis, comes to near same price of a more comfortable ride in an executive taxi(blue) . Use grab and save pulling out your hair.

They have a wide variety of restaurants on the first and second floor. You can also purchase "ok" quality clothes at a low end price and there is also an arcade called Molly Fantasy which is a great place for the littliest ones.

One of worse maintained mall , the toilets are in worse condition,lifts are always understand maintenance,elevators mostly under maintenance.
Nobody is keeping a check and balance.
Yes plenty of shopping experience but the mall management should look into the maintenance.

Lots of tenants . So business must b good. Lots of choices as well. Easy to access. Foods also all in one place easy to search. Only problem was finding the directory. The one with the Map. I finally found it at the information counter when I wanted to go out. Another directory I find on the wall near the escalator. But that has no map, only the tenants So hard to read.

One of the main malls in the area. Has mostly everything that you could require such as a cinema, tech shops, home shops and a reasonable variety of food. This shows in the parking which is usually always close to full but I have usually found a spot after one pass. Only thing that gets to me is the drinks dispensers which are scattered around the mall(which is a nice touch) have never had stock of water. Overall a great mall.

A big shopping centre with lotsa spaces. It has a big Aeon supermarket and TGV cinemas. Great for the weekend

Sutera Mall consists of two main anchor tenants – Pekin Restaurant and AEON BIG. AEON BIG, an internationally known Hypermarket chain offering wide range of daily household grocery products ranging from frozen food, fresh products, garments, shoes, as well as electrical appliances and freshly made confectionery etc.

This is not bad a hangout for those who are itching for a proper shopping mall. The area also has Tescos and Giant which features a much smaller selection of shopping because they are more supermarket oriented. Beware though because weekend traffic can be hectic precisely because of this reason. Car park lots are almost impossible to find.
For those visiting from Singapore will be delighted to know that parking is delightfully affordable RM1 per day (free within an hour). And that the TGV (cinema) is great with tickets at a steal (RM8) weekday daytime.
Eating choices are also plentiful although a bit more pricer than surrounding eateries. This mall also holds one of the last few A&W franchises. But most will head for more specialty choices such as 汤师父 that serves delectable piping hot and nutritious meals (they tend towards 'healthy'). A tip for diners: choosing set meals over ala carte generally are more cost effective and you get a good variety.
The Jusco grocery has great selections. However, prices are comparatively most expensive compared to competing Tescos and Giant supermarkets nearby.
