There is a Malay lady ( didnt ask for her name) spoke very rudely to the customer when I ask her some information from my policy. I asked her in a gentle and polite tone, however she showed me the frustrated and impolite tone which I don't understand. I am not sure is this the right way to treat a customer who support AXA Affin Insurance for the past years. I feel so disappointed to this insurance branch.

A Malay lady (don’t sure her name is Siti) is very impolite, keep answering me the info not related to my question, and her tone really made me uncomfortable, and end up with hanging up my call when I’m still speaking.
