My parents are stuck in the queue for the last 2 hours. On an average, 2500 people travel in a cruise. The facilities for baggage scan and immigration is very minimal and can cater to only a few at a time. For a nation that sets standards in service delivery, a big disappointment.

I have been regularly going from Batam to Singapore and back for business and found myself stuck for hours in the immigration queue. I find baffling that for a country that prides himself as super efficient and trendsetting they pay so little attention to the facilities of entry in the country. There is no way to avoid the queues, no fast track lines for business people. I have ask the personal on site and they provided no help or support.Yesterday morning again 2 hours of queuing at Harbour Front, no satisfaction survey (unlike at the airport), it's like they just don't want to improve. Unless you have an Apec card as a foreigner I strongly advise against using this port of entry.

Singapore Cruise Centre share same building with HarbourFront Centre, a commercial building consists of offices, F&B (restaurants, fast food, etc), retails shops (banks) and cruise Centre.
At here, you may take a ferry ride probably about 45min to Batam.
There are link bridge to VivoCity City and circle line (train system) is just walking distance.

nice and clean terminal but the queue at the immigration can at times takes longer than expected.

Good terminal, it's really clean and place itself is comfortable. I just wish the immigration queuing issue can be resolved. Long queue can't be avoided whatsoever for years, which might took up a lot of time for non-Singaporeans. Boarding process is positive though, it's much quicker (but with the same queuing issue going on lately).

This place is where most of the cruise ships dock in Singapore ,the On boarding process was quick and efficient way better than at the airports ,the disembarking was not as easy though ,the luggage took for ever to come through the conveyor belts,otherwise it was very good had all types of stores and eateries.

Singapore Cruise Centre is located at the southern tip of Singapore. It is where all the Cruise Liners calls it port. It is also located close to the Shopping districts and wonderful food of Singapore. Very nicely located.
