Currently has the best curriculum for illustration in the region. The skills taught are completely relevant and helped me to secure a career in art.

Entering the games or film industry as an artist is tough. If your dream, like mine, is to one day work at top studios, such as Naughtydog, or Blizzard; if your passion for games :D is only matched by your desire to bring these worlds to life; if you can't wait to start making this your career; 3dsense is the place for you.
I took a risk and gave up a spot at a local university. What I found at 3dsense was an education that gave me the skills, confidence, real and numerous opportunities to enter this industry.
My student experience came with extremely passionate and caring lecturers, who really put in the extra effort into nuturing our individual art skills. The principal also conducts sessions with all the students to develop our working attitude and knowledge of the industry; frequently bringing in visitors from studios both locally and around the globe (such as Malaysia or China) to talk to the us about job opportunities and what they look for in candidates. The learning environment is extremely conducive as well. As students, we used to share our knowledge from our own research and tests and are encouraged to critque each others work to push each other to improve.
I could go on... but essentially, 3dsense was built on the mission to create opportunities for anyone to pursue digital art in Singapore. And create the talent required, to allow more opportunities to spring up locally.
I recently graduated from the 1 year WSQ Diploma in Animation (Specialisation 3D Modeling), followed by a 6month Digital Film Production course in the school. If you would like to know more about my experience in school, I would be happy to elaborate by email. :)

Passion, Hard Work and Persistence. These are the 3 attributes that you will take away on top of having grown as an artist in this school.
Coming from a Engineering background, I was very hesitant at first whether to chase my dreams of getting into the arts industry or possibly stay in a job I would not have loved.
My whole mindset was changed upon meeting the Passionate teachers, staff and students who would encourage, help and teach each other to becoming the best you can be.
Now I am confident after graduating from this school that I can say you would be prepared for the industry as well as grow the fastest if you come here with a growing mindset and stay humble, hungry and helpful to one another!

In my opinion, I would say that 3dsense Media School is a good place to study if you dream of working in the arts industry, be it in games of movies.
The atmosphere in the school is very conducive for learning, here you will see teachers staying back now and then in order to help some of the slower students. Also students would share their knowledge among themselves. As a student that studied here, I felt that I have learnt a lot from the 1 year course.

The culture at the school is extremely conducive for learning. I have just recently graduated from there, and I have always felt that the lecturers have placed us students as an important priority and asset. They have sacrificed their personal time just to do portfolio reviews and to speak with me regarding personal problems, despite constantly being swarmed with work themselves.
The curriculum is also unique; I realise the lecturers teach not just the fundamentals up through to advanced design language, but they also equip us with how to further our education after this 1 year course. Whenever faced with the question of "How do I study ____", I am always able to trace it back to what I was taught as a guiding principle, and I know how to develop my skill further. If you have no experience studying art, you have a lot to gain. If you have some experience, you can benefit even greater because the lecturers are very involved and will tailor your education to your needs - but of course only if the student is willing to be proactive. Overall really enjoyed my experience in the school!
