Do not deal with this maid agency. The owner Amy Manalang is beyond horrible!
First, they want us to lie about the reason why we let go of our maid to her future employers.
We let go of our maid because she was stealing from us. After a discussion with them, they advised that future employers would do a verification from previous employers why the maid left or was let go. We were told that for the sake of the maid finding employment, do not disclose that she was stealing from us.
They decided to just send back the maid home and they asked us to pay for her air fare. Maid was stealing from us and yet we have to pay for sending her home?!
Next, we were asking for a replacement because on our contract, we are entitled to an unlimited replacement. We went to their office where they only have one maid to choose from. As it has been a waste of time dealing with this, we talked to the owner for a possible refund as we want to transfer to another maid agency who can provide a better service.
Amy Manalang kept on shouting at us! It was a horrible experience. Not because you are the owner, you get to shout to customers. Especially in this case that your agency is at fault.
She even has the audacity to say go ahead and make a complaint, here is the agency's license number.
Do not get the service of this maid agency at all. Save yourself from wasting your time, bad customer service experience and horrible owner.
