Rest area yang tidak layak untuk istirahat. Udaranya sangat panas, meskipun di food courtnya sekalipun.
Toilet nya sangat kotor dan bau. Musholanya pun juga membuat enggan berlama lama di dalamnya.
Sampah bertebaran, puntung rokok juga. pengelola mestinya lebih memperhatikan kondisi ini
