Geoff and I would like to express how much we enjoyed our stay at Rama Shinta. The accommodation was very comfortable, well appointed and extremely clean. The garden surrounds and pool are very well maintained. We could not fault any of the meals that we had in the little cosy restaurant. We want to especially thank all of the staff firstly for setting up for Geoff's birthday. This was done with a good sense of fun. All staff are very helpful and we enjoyed getting to know you all. Secondly we would like to acknowledge how professional the staff were on the morning of the ash rain from Mt Agung this week. The staff had covered the pool and outdoor funiture, air conditioners were being covered and we were provided with face protection from the ash. We wish you all well and we hope that Mt Agung goes back to sleep quickly for you all in Bali. We hope to see you all again very soon. Catherine and Geoff.

Really nice hotel with pool, good breakfast & friendly staff. Great view over lotus lagoon.

Nice hotel and staff, the breakfast was very good. It is next to the ocean and also to an lotus lagoon. Would be visiting again.

Wonderful place. Definitely recommend everyone to stay. Helpful and kind staff, tasty cuisine, charming rooms. Nothing to complain about.

Very nice and clean place. The staff is friendly and very polite. Good choice of breakfast and food in general. We were happy with our stay and the service provided from the hotel.

Nice and quiet place with a side walkway to the beach and the main street. Warm hospitality, nice room.

I felt was over priced no tv terrible wifi hardly worked , friendly staff

Nice little place - friendly and very attending staff. Nice rooms with large bathrooms. Very easy from the hotel to go the small beach where it's possible to hire a boat. Snorkeling at the 3 Islands and at the white sand beach is recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. They have a good location with spacious rooms and an interesting outside toilet (useful for drying swimming outfits). Although the air con situation isn't idea as the rooms are sealed particularly well it cools things down eventually. The pool in the centre of the complex was very nice and the restaurant served an enjoyable breakfast.

Cozy hotel that was part of our dive package. The bathroom was spacious. A lot of wood work adds to the charm. However, there is no TV in the room and also the door is quite loose. Somehow it never closed properly.

Gezellig hotel met royale grote kamer. Enige minpunt was de airco die niet erg koud ingesteld kon worden. Verder vriendelijk personeel en een goed ontbijt!
