A nice place to stay in Sidemen. The bungalow has a great view over the ricefields. The owners are very friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. They serve a Balinese breakfast that was delicious. The room is spacious and has a outside bathroom.

Really nice room and a very friendly and caring host! The breakfast is great and with a nice view in the morning. If it's not cloudy you can see Mt. Agung from the terrace.
You can also rent a scooter directly at the homestay.

The location of Lila Stana speaks for itself. Nestled in between the winding hills and luscious rice fields of Sidemen, the humble, yet luxurious, villa breathes comfort and relaxation. Every morning, we were greeted with a breathtaking view of Mt. Agung and the therapeutic smells of incense burning nearby. For the adventure seekers, Lila Stana is just a short ride from some of Bali's best hiking adventures. For the beach lovers, the tropical oasis you've always dreamed of is also just a quick jaunt away.
While the clean room and breathtaking scenery alone are with a visit, the real magic of Lila Stana lies within the kind and gracious hosts. They went above and beyond expectations during my two days there. After waking up to take in the view, a delicious Balinese breakfast was brought out to us as we conversed with the owner and his family. Later that night, they invited us across the street to their home for dinner and a true Balinese experience. If they ever offer this to you, I highly recommend you participate.
Later that night, Gusti introduced us to his wife, children, and parents while teaching us some of the beautiful traditions of Balinese culture. The meal itself was exquisite, all made from local ingredients right outside the property. To top it all off, we had a few shots of "arak" the local alcohol made from coconut (I think).
We couldn't ask for a more pleasant night surrounded by such kind and friendly hosts. I should also add, while they did not request any sort of money for this meal, I think it's only fair to give them a little extra since they truly do put a lot of effort into everything.
All in all, you would be foolish to pass on Lila Stana.
