The manager helped us to figure out how to get to Gili even though the boats from amed were fully booked. Drove us to Padang Bai and got us in a Fastboat

I'll start by saying that although the following issue I am about to describe could possibly be a one off scenario, the way the company owner handled it made me incredibly uncomfortable and allowed me to see the benefit of choosing another one of their local competitors who offer the same services with greater attention to customer satisfaction.
In short, when it came time to leave the island, my wife and I waited for the boat at the described location and it seemed to have never showed up. In the company's defence, it supposedly did, but with so much boat traffic we were unable to identify which one it was. All other boat companies had staff walking the beach calling out passengers names/destination locations, but ours didn't. We were luckily saved by a competing company (Blue Bird) which took us back to Bali in a much more comfortable cabin.
When we arrived back to Bali, I confronted the manager with a reasonable tone hoping they can cover the incremental cost I had to pay for jumping onto a Blue Bird departure. Not only did they not compensate me for my loss but the manager took an extremely combative tone and insinuated I was lying about the lack of organization in the departure process from Gili. I genuinely feel robbed.
From this unsettling experience (during our honeymoon), I am now passionate in my efforts to inform others looking for a shuttle service to Gili of this condescending business owner, and hope you avoid my same experience. Oh and all other companies seemed to have more modern boats with better seats/leg room.

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Haben dieses Boot gebucht um von Gili Air nach Amed zu kommen.
Auf Gili Air findet sich nirgends ein Schild oder Hinweis, wo das Boot wirklich startet, da es dort auch kein Büro gibt.
Nach 1h Verspätung erwartete uns dann ein kleines enges Boot mit absolut Null Beinfreiheit und einem üblen Benzingeruch.
Höhepunkt der Fahrt war dann, dass der Motor einfach während der Fahrt ausfällt.
Also nicht von dem günstigeren Angebot locken lassen!

Also zuverlässig ist was anderes. Die Fahrt geht zwar schneller aber die alten Motoren sind so laut das eine Verständigung kaum möglich ist. Es stinkt sehr stark nach Benzin weil sie bei der Überfahrten nachtragen müssen da sonnst der Sprit nicht reichen würde. Bei der letzten fahrt ist auch einfach mal ein Motor ausgefallen obwohl vor der Fahrt noch die Motoren gewartet wurden . Die Verspätung liegt wischen 20 und 240 Minuten was hier anscheinend normal ist.
