The place is pretty good, we only had breakfast at the cottage, which was okay but the juices are not good not recommended. Except that the rooms are pretty specious, with and open ruff shower. Staff is friendly. What I really like about this place is the massage parlour, they really know the pressure points. Must try. Over all good experience.

We have never felt so welcomed and comfortable in a resort as we did when we were here. Such knowledgable staff that will answer any question and help organize any activities you're looking to do. They helped us book a fishing trip, a hike to the top of Mount Agung, rent a scooter, recommended places to eat in town (even though the food at the resort is absolutely amazing as well). Unbelievable service and staff. We felt like friends, not visitors. Thank you for everything, we hope to be back one day.

We stay a couple of days in Kelapa Hotel during our trip in Bali! Nothing to say about it. Everything was perfect, the swimming pool, the staff, the food (crazy) and the room ! Special thanks to Mario for his kindness :)

Only used the Spa but Nelvi was excellent. We walked in with no reservation and she took great care of us extending her staff a bit late. High quality massage. Not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for here. Off the beaten path but we'll worth using if you are in Amed.

Super friendly staff, the owners are very involved and attentive. I love the atmosphere in the garden, sitting on the veranda of my cottage was just a mini-holiday on its own. I thought I was going to lose some weight, but the food is just so good.

Très beau cottage avec un beau jardin belle piscine et personnel très sympathique et bon restaurant à des prix très correctes.

In July our school rent Kelapa resort for the yoga training, and it was a truly amazing experience! Not only our students were pampered with delicious food and deserts, but also prices were very friendly! Everybody is really helpful here, the rooms are super clean, the swimming pool is awesome! Yoga shala has a very special vibe and great environment for classes. Thank you Kelapa for such an amazing time!

Lovely family resort with great Spa and beautiful pool! Love to hang out there during the day! Only place with glutenfree pizza in Amed!

Didn't stay here but we had a massage here twice (best in Amed, we had one massage every day at least and this was definitely the best) they also do an amazing pizza, try the Kelapa pizza, with bacon and a melted whole camembert in the middle to dip the slices in.
