A great place to stay off the beaten track great for a few days peace and quiet, just one restaurant serves very good local food and reasonably priced. Make sure you no the location, failing that the owner can arrange transport at the going rate.

Excellent restaurant. We saw this located on the map so we took our rental car down to the restaurant. The road is quite rough but Neuman said the road should be refinished this year. The food was perfect. I had the catch of the day which was barracuda and my wife had the chicken, each with rice. We added a couple of bintangs and water, to round out the meal. It was sooo good, and reasonably priced. Well worth the stop and the nice views.

Great restaurant. Nyoman is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Located in the heart of a traditional Balinese fishing village. Food is delicious! Try the tuna balsamic and coconut pancakes!

Amazing place! Beautiful view and beautiful rooms! Perfect to relax with the family or alone and to really get to know the balinese culture! The staff is super friendly and the food is awesome (everything is worth trying!). I highly recommend it and can't wait to go again!
The owner knows the island like the back of his hand and will happily drive you around for a very fair price!

Frangipani inn is located at the east Bali.out from the touristic area. excellent tripical balinese food with localy price and local shef.

Amazing family-run restaurant, delicious Indonesian kitchen, I recommend everyone to try Yoman's gado gado as a vegan option 😊

Amazing place located in a traditional small village, Seraya. Quite and relaxing place with great views and good service either in the bungalows or the restaurant, in which they serve awesome balinese food. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help and to make sure you have a good stay. Sales, the owner, is very friendly also. Since it is a small village there isn't much offer for guided tours but Sales offers that service and he is a great guide. He drove us several times across the island for a fair price.
I definitely reccomend Frangipani Inn if you are looking for a place to relax, to have great traditional food, family environment and a perfect starting point to explore the island.

This place was wonderful in the past but since Sales is thinking too much on his own the place is no more the same. The great cook Kadek quit his job and also very good guests from the past no more come because you are always forced by Sales to make tours with him. The family atmosphere is lost.

incredibly kind and nice hosts! food is excellent, the small houses are cool and clean.
plus: you are in the middle of a native balinese village.

The food is fantastic. Just ask Kadek to make something you like. He is a wonderful cook!
