Favorite hangout place with my kids. I can go for a coffee while my kids having the fast-food. The place is cozy (if it's not too packed up) the the price are affordable.

Not to be rude, but everytime I order chicken original, they always do not have enough food.
Two months ago I ordered original chicken at 8 PM in drive thru but they said they out of stock. So I left dissapointly.
A month ago I was waiting on drive thru asking for 12 pcs, they refused and said that they do not have raw chicken and cannot fry it. I assume they try to push selling the HC Chicken that has been available...not so friendly outlet...
Today I order original chicken drum stick again thru call center...and they said I have to wait because the chicken are still being processed. After one minute they call me back and said that the chicken drumstick has been booked bh other.So I cancelled the order...it is too complicated to deal with the KFC Arifin Ahmad... mending beli di mall aja...

Best KFC in Pekanbaru, they have cafe and children playground. Great place for meet up and hangout.

Great staff, they take the dishes immediately after eating and prepare the seat for the next one. I dont like the food, but this is depend on customer. The food option they have is enough to classified as great.

This place actually have good WiFi , if only you take place in KFC coffee if you got outside KFC coffe it would be below 500 kb/s but if inside 1mb/s
