Hello, I purchased a perfume in your store last friday (27 Feb) and it wasn't delivered to me at my gate!! Since then I've been desperately trying to reach you but you have no contact details or number online. How are your customers supposed to contact you? I would like a refund for my perfume asap. Not a great layout of the products, ud just find basic fragrances like Tease, crush and bombshell and mist pure seduction , temptation , love spell , and aqua kiss , and the lotions for the same ... a half full of panties and 4/5 lip neither is the staff friendly or helpful ... they just stood there ignoring the customers busy talking to each other ... unable to provide assistance... the store at Beachwalk Mall in Kuta offers a better layout of all the products and super helpful staff...and great offers

I bought a night collection black bottle lotion from this store on 1st jan2019 while handing it over, they did not put my product in a duty free seal bag, it was put in a zip lock bag due to which i had to throw the 250 ml brand new bottle at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Store people please be careful next time. You should be careful for your costumes

purchased 3 bottles of new line of perfume, collect at Departure Gate, when on plane looked at package and old perfumes were placed in bag

I put my fragrance bottles on hold while I went to get my passport and I came back and they scanned my bottles and I paid $50 for 3 bottles and I got them while I was getting on the plane and when I got back to Perth the lady gave me the wrong bottles so now I have bottles that I don't want and I am trying to get intouch with them but they don't have a phone

買了一組最新款3個組合式的立體化妝包,給4星是因為在猶豫價錢時那幾十分鐘,前後分別來了2位櫃臺人員態度都很好,沒有因為我在猶豫而顯得不耐煩,始終都是笑臉以對,少一顆星是因為在價錢上,覺得免稅也沒有比較便宜,但想想至少不是買到假貨,就這樣吧…
