A modest hotel up in the hills of Jimbaran. It's not bad but a bit quiet when we got here. There's a Speakeasy / Barber combo place called BARber that's kind of a cool idea but lacks in execution. There's a rooftop bar that's only open 5-7pm for the sunset drinks.

Management and staff were utterly unhelpful and unprofessional during my stay. Never experienced anything like it at a supposedly 5 star hotel.
Select another place to stay, in a better location too while you´re at it.

Fantastic service, food and amenities. Kids club was very basic and none of my 3 were interested in staying longer than 30 minutes and did not return after one visit. Very quite but that suited us. The staff were amazing and no request was too small. Felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time as most guests were in organised tours trent whole time.
Thanks to all the staff for an amazing week!

Overall 4 out of five. The staff as you would imagine are five star, the disappointment here is the rooms are a bit tired and cleanliness is questionable at times.

Good location on a minutes drive from the great sunset point at jimbaran bay. Staff very friendly and the hotel is new . Higly recommended for your hotel in Jimbaran peninsula hills

Rooftop on 7 is so amazing and fabulous panoramic fron top of the hill just like flying in the sky, The Barber is uniquely design with vintage and premium selection of liqueurs is over the top

We have just got married at the sintesa hotel in bali. It was everything and more that we dreamed our wedding would be. The staff decorated our ceremony in traditional bali style and it was nothing less than magical and unforgettable. From the professionalism of the spa and salon to the warmness of the bar ber restaurant that entertained our dinner. From the reception staff to the wedding coordinators and Desy our organiser and angel. Our stay and wedding was smooth, relaxing, beautiful and perfect. We will be singing their praise and recommending them to everyone we know with all our gratitude and hopes that the staff and hotel recieve good fortune, karma and selfless compassion in their lives and prosperity as they have shown us. Was good spot for relaxing with the family, no more than 20min into Kuta by taxi. Very friendly staff, had a upgrade to the Jimbaran suite due to a double booking.
Kids play area could do with a T.V and some movies.

Such a lovely atmosphere, quiet and charming with warm and caring staff. The lounge is perfectly designed for small and enjoyable fun or large parties. A new oasis hidden away from the hustle and bustle. The Sintesa is ahead of its time, located next to the Four Seasons hotel, Sintesa offers much more in hospitality and personal attention. A must try!

A very nice and comfy place to stay. The service is great, the staff are very friendly and helpfull. The food is delicious. I love the laksa, and kwetiau.

Spacious rooms with great view from the hills. Great service. Bali hospitality at its best. Perfect place to spend your honeymoon or family vacation as well.
