I am an American visiting Bali on holidays. I went to the Shampoo Lounge for a manicure and shellac pedicure. The two ladies providing service- Arik and Juni were so kind and engaging. They made me laugh and feel very comfortable and most importantly my nails look great! LOVED my time here and I highly recommend. Thank you!

Absolutely love Shampoo Lounge.
My daughter and I made a last minute appointment on a busy Saturday afternoon and everyone was more than happy to help us out.
The colour is super hot and the girls even gave my daughter a sarong to wear home and keep as she didn't have loose fitting clothes to lace in.
Could not recommend this salon more if I tried... I'm telling everyone I know to stop here when in Bali!!!

A great local hairdresser that provides excellent service and is at a reasonable price. Staff are very friendly. Can get a trim since Bali is so baking hot!

I had haircut and colouring today. Danny did a great job, very profesional. The price is really good for the quality and I even got a discount because had I 3 treatments at once. Also possible to book via email which is very handy without local simple card. Loved the place! Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I booked appointment for 13:00 for acrylic manicure and pedicure and hair coloring.
Price has changed several times, as well as explained to me that what I show in the picture is "highlight and tone". The price changed a few more times and I was transferred the next day to another master.
And they accused me that I did not want to do everything at the same time.
Although they did the shellac and pedicure to me at the same time and the shellac and the master came and offered to start with the hair, I did not refuse, but she did not, probably she was a terrible master, she was in a hurry, she said that she worked till 5 and needed faster and that it will cost more. And the price changed. As a result, she decided that we too long with the cashier considered the price and went home, such as there was no time left.
Denny is probably a good master, he explained everything correctly, agreed on the cost, agreed, signed up for the next morning, I come, and he not took up my hair.
I did not complain about how the woman hairdresser and the girls at the reception were talking to me yesterday, and in general all these financial frauds.
I think a person who lives in Bali and regularly walks around the Spa needs to meet with love, I also came upon a full package of services: remove shellac, shellac manicure and bezel, shellac pedicure, haircut, highlite and toning is it not enough to be nice with me?
My patience was a lot, enough for two days, but they talked boorishly to me. Probably had to leave right from the start.

Best pedicure of my life. The scrub and mask are to die for. The staff speak really good English and are friendly and professional. I was offered tea, coffee and water upon my arrival and then once more throughout the treatment. They use opi products. The salon is nice, air-conditioned and pleasant. The prices are great, too. Very happy!

The staff was very friendly and spoke English. I made an appointment for a haircut and I didn't wait long when I got there. The assistant washed my hair and massaged my head, which was amazing. I asked for a layered cut and the stylist was very detailed and took his time. It turned out great! The prices are on the higher end for Indonesian standards but worth it. Highly recommend!

I had my eyelash extension infills done by Clay. I cannot recommend highly enough. I'm a flight attendant so am regularly in Bali and it's difficult to find somewhere in Bali who does HD Volume lashes, you have to treck to Seminyak for the job, there is nothing near Nusa Dua where crew all stay. The other cheaper places near the hotel do a horrendous job. Although a little more expensive and initially I was told by Clay that they don't do Volume Lashes, after having a chat to her she said she would do them for me and she did a fantastic job- as good as what you'd pay for in Sydney eastern suburbs for minimum triple the price! If you're after volume lashes go see Clay- she said that the other technicians we not skilled to do it. This is the only place from now on I'll get my lashes done. Beautiful full result.

Got eyelash extensions here and it was a horendous experience. First the eyelashes are not full and it took more than 2 hours to do them. The person who does eyelashes doesn't know what she's doing. They also put SCOTCH TAPE under your eyes so you it rips out your bottom lashes and the sides of the tape pokes your skin and eye. I've been doing my eyelashes for years and this is WORST EXPERIENCE. It's been a day, and my eyes are still red and super dry. It burns when I use eye drops. I don't what kind of glue they use but it's horrible. I can't even wear contacts now and it's affecting my trip here in Bali.

Not at all good ! My manicure chipped the very next day - my daughter who is a hairdresser had the wash blow and glow - the hair shampoo was done in a huge hurry ! Not spoken to at all by male "hairdresser" and was not even asked how she would like her hair blow waved- felt as though staff couldn't get us out fast enough! When they asked what I thought I told them my daughter wasn't happy - they said sorry we give you 10% discount- when I really got talking to her about it it appears it was worse than I thought! We were going to go back today (Monday) for lots more treatment - and take lots of friends!! Not now - we paid good money for big disappointment !!! Not worth the money - should have gone to cheaper salon who seemed to care - ps never ever one to complain but very disappointed for my daughter who spends her days in Aust making people pleased and happy !!!!!🙄🙄🙄🙄😞😞😞

I went to the Shampoo Lounge with my mother, and while I got a manicure and pedicure my mum got her hair done. My manicure was great, very professional, the girls were lovely, they really spent the time to do a good job and I was happy with the final result. (Just beware these are Australian prices)
However, they ripped my mum off with the hair. When I joined my mother who was getting some foils in her hair, she whispered to me that it was going to $86, which she was a bit shocked about because we are in Indonesia not Australia. But she was happy to pay that.
When I went to pay the cashier informed me that it would actually cost $186! We ended up causing a bit of a fuss and expressing our shock, my mother swears the lady said it was $86. They eventually came down to $150, which was still a lot.
All they did was a tiny top layer of foils that were red.
My mother will be returning to Australia to have her hair completely foiled and coloured correctly and cut for half the price of this rip off salon
Very frustrating when you are after a cheap holiday.

Do not get your makeup done here!! I booked in for my wedding & the makeup artist doesn't know what he is doing, he contours in the wrong places & doesn't listen to what you want. I ended up firing him on my wedding day, he did my makeup way too dark & made my eyes look hooded, in the end I had my friend do my makeup.
I also booked in for my bridal party to have mani's & pedi's at the same time & they booked us in for the wrong time, so when we showed up for our appointment they couldn't fit us all in at once. And I had emails confirming our appointment as well, so it was pretty disappointing they made my experience pretty crappy!!

This place so awesome. I got my hair cute done in the Bali Barber and it was great. My girlfriend came down to get her nails done in the Shampoo lounge ( downstair) and it was amazing, she has very happy. The place was very cleaned, warm serviced and the staffs was very friendly.
I loved this place. Completely perfect.

The Shampoo Lounge team are very professional, well organised and up to date with trends.
We had our wedding in Bali in September 2015. Two days before the event all us girls went to the salon for nails and spray tans, we drank too much lovely wine whilst being treated by gorgeous girls who were all in on a laugh and made it a memorable part of our wedding experience. our nails and tans were perfect.
On the wedding day the make up and hair team came to us at the Ramada! Our hair and make up was done beautifully with no stress by a well coordinated team of professionals.
As the bride I highly recommend the the team at the Shampoo Lounge to any body wanting a great look and a stress free experience for their wedding day.
