Very well built and maintained space for spa and massage service. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Overall service can be improved, not happy with the spa treatment (Balinese)

We loved our 90 min Balinese massage and the 45 min body scrub. We felt rejuvenated, relaxed and energised after. What makes the experience stand out is the very professional staff, lovely atmosphere and great service!

Amazing experience. We went for three treatments with my wife all of them were great. Firstly went to a foot massage, its felt so amazing. Then we went for a 2hr Balinese massage and lastly we done an aloe vera body wrap and facial.
The staff are really friendly. When you arrive you get a nice shot of a cold drink and a cool towel to freshen up. Its a professional looking place and the staff are very professional too unlike some of the other spa places we passed.

I and my husband had an amazing time here! Several treatments (such as body scrub, body massage, foot massage, pedicure, manicure, facial cleansing) were just so good and relaxing. It’s perfectly clean, quiet and nice ambience. We definitely recommend it to anyone who’s willing to spend more than only 100.000 Rupiah per hour for such a great experience.

Friendly, professional service, in attractive surroundings. I came here for a deep tissue massage. Conveniently located to where I was staying at the Daun Smart Stay Hotel in Seminyak, it's just 100m down and across the road.
The pre-massage form allows you to highlight any areas of pain, and how much pressure you'd like, and the option of 5 different massage oils. I'm looking for a deep tissue massage to alleviate the usual back and shoulder blade pains, and am happy to choose a male masseuse to perform the duties.
After being led upstairs and shown my room, I'm instructed to undress and wear a pair of black paper undies, and then lie on the table with the towel/sheet provided for modesty.
After a largely satisfactory massage (it's difficult to target the area under my shoulder blade), I'm asked if I'd like to shower off, to remove the oil, which I do. Back downstairs again, there are comfortable lounge seats to relax in, while awaiting your bill, and during this time, you are offered a choice of a couple of hot herbal teas.
Overall, a pleasing experience, at a reasonable price too.

I had the 90min signature Sundari massage, it was excellent. Therapist was clearly very good, clean rooms and very calm atmosphere. Would definitely go back again.

Best spot for a massage in Bali,
We tried the 3 hour couples massage and had an amazing experience. All things from the quality of the treatments to the general feel of the spa were flawless

The spa is clean and room decor is nice. Masseuses were good. Like upscale places, they have a form for us to fill up on areas to target or avoid during massage. That’s a nice touch. We took a couple room with Balinese and Deep tissue massage. They had good techniques and very polite staffs. Bill was around 700K for 90mins. Relative to most others “nice” looking spa. They offer pick up and drop off which was a good gesture too.

Great spa! Got the Balinese massage and a shellac manicure. Although both things were supposed to be only an hour long each, the lady who was paired with me (I forget her name but it starts with an A and she's been there for two years; really sweet lady) really took her time, an hour and a half to be exact, to make sure my manicure was perfect! Definitely worth it. Place was clean, pretty, and relaxing. All the employees were very nice and welcoming.

Place is clean and smells good. Room is quiet, ensuite shower room for after massage - this is great! Tried deep tissue massage, fell asleep the second half - thats how relaxing it was. Light in the room was dim when massage start, music was at a good volume. Ginger tea was served after the massage. The only comment i have is that they put the room fragrance too strong that all you can smell the whole massage is this smell, while i was expecting to smell the oil i chose for the massage. And that they weren't able to accept card for payment. Overall, it was one of the best massage i had, will come back.

The place is very clean and tidy. Dont be fooled by the simple white building in front. They have quite numbers of rooms inside. The therapist was very professional and courteous. With that price tag, this is the most bang for the buck I've ever had in Bali. Will come back for another treatment for sure 😊

I love massage and im sure sundari is the best spa iv ever had in my life. Been here many times since im living in jakarta. Love the massage, product, ambience and services. 2 thumbs up!

My friend and I had gotten sunburned while staying in Bali and had read about the aloe body wrap. The place is super nice and I'm sure their other services are great but it was 250000 to have cold aloe mixed with yogurt put on your body. There were two scalp massages that lasted about 5 minutes each (they did wash their hands before doing this) which were good but there was no actual wrap. They just cover you with a light blanket and sit in the same room waiting for the time to pass before you take a shower. The staff was great but this service is a joke. I could have just as easily paid 20000 to put yogurt/aloe on myself and showered.

This place is the #1 day spa in Seminyak on Trip Advisor for a reason. The facilities are so modern. The staff welcomed us with a cool towel & a juice (much needed after walking here in the heat!). We were asked to come 15min early so we could fill out our massage preferences. Massage started on time & was utter bliss!!!! Best 1.5 hr hot stone massage in my life. Didn't want it to end. Will return!

Excellent place to enjoy an evening with a friend or loved one... They have a large selection of therapies geared towards men and women. Currently under expansion, can't wait to visit again after the works are all completed.

Really professional massager, and they will perform according to your special requests. I am not saying there are no other better Spa in Bali. I tried a cheaper one and a more pricey one, but I would say this is one that worth your every penny.

Loved the Aloe Vera treatment (body & face)
We got sunburnt the day before and we changed Balinese massage for the aloe Vera treatment. Sooooooooo relaxing :)
Over one hour and a half treatment, good products, great professionals, great decoration! our skin feels so much better.....
They even give you a small massage in the head while the product is absorbed.
Strongly recommended!!!!

Really nice staff over here. Got the 60 min bali Massage. This was very good and relaxing. A little expensive if you take a look at the other Spa prices, but you get a nice professional and quiet treatment with a shower in the room to shower of the oil after the treatment.

Clean and modern with friendly professional staff. Very good, and one of the higher end massage joints around without being too expensive - but it's still a little expensive. Worth a visit.

Extremely good signature massage. Very well trained therapist who did a terrific job. The signature massage is very nice. 90 mins of bliss.
Been to 6 spas while here and this was equal best massage I had.
Asked for strong pressure and got it. Nice that she focussed some time on my butt. Often massages neglect here.
The signature had some body movement stuff. She knelt on my thighs while face down and pulled my arms back to arch my back. Felt amazing. Also while on my back she twisted way leg over the other and twisted my back. Very nice feeling and much better then a standard rub massage.
-- The Experience --
* Noise
Surprising there was zero noise in the massage as this place is right on a busy road. It was silent in the room. No outside noise or noise from other parts of the spa. Top points for this as most other places fail to achieve this which somewhat ruins a good massage.
* Room
The single massage room was great. Spacious and nice decor. There was a private shower in the massage room which is somewhat unique. Usually I would not want a shower at a spa as the showers are in another part of the spa, but with the shower accessible straight after the massage it was very welcome to remove the oil before walking outside. Shower was very clean, nicely tiled, good gels and shampoos for washing, nice towels and good heat and water pressure.
The table was very comfortable and felt clean. Nice bowl of flowed under the head rest to look at.
Good relaxing music.
* Spa
The spa overall is very nice. The reception area is a great place to be welcomed. Was offered a fantastic smelling cold towel and drink on arrival. Spa menu is quite impressive in a huge wooden book. Much nicer then the typical paper flyers you see.
After the massage a ginger tea is offered and the chance to fill in the feedback form.
