We liked the Baguette menu here. Juice mixes tasted good too.

They made me my favourite breakfast even though it wasn’t in the menu!! So tasty , so good:) great place for breakfast!!

The kids club is good but there is no possibility to charge your laptop at the cafe or at the reception (with zero flexibility) which defeats the purpose of leaving your child at the kids club while doing some work at the cafe.

Service is a D. Slow and they really don’t want to go out of there way to answer questions, or clarify ingredients. Food is a C to B-. Way more choices to eat in the area. Like Koloni up the street.

Read about this place being a great workspace.
Wi-Fi was barely working, kept crashing every other minute, staff didn’t do anything about it. The menu is small and the once cream and brownie I ordered came both frozen. Not recommending this one.

Definitely not a place to work from. The place is charming, the menu looks nice but not outlets. After taking a taxi for 20 min to get here I wasn't able to work.

Very delicious food! The smashed avocado with a poached egg is to die for! The interior design is super cute and it’s just so cozy inside. The entrance with the green is also very beautiful. A must for breakfast lovers.

We are constantly amazed at the little gems we are finding in the Bali Incentive Book.
Sprout in Canggu is another little coffee shop that you simply must get into for healthy and tasty food.
I'm not a huge salad eater, that said, the salads here are lovely. A great tip for you when you can't decide, pick the "trio of salads" you then select your three favourite salads and they put them in a huge bowl for two people. It's great value, tastes great and goes down real well with the free coffee that you get out of your Bali Incentive Book. We would never have found this place without the book.
Check out the straws as well they look like plastic and to some degree feel like plastic, however, they are made from corn starch, so they will degrade quickly when left to the elements. Straws are a big problem here in Bali, so having this place be socially responsible is a step in the right direction.
Drop into Sprout, don't forget your Bali Incentive Book. You'll be back again for sure.

Been in Bali for a month and living right near this place, one of my faves in Canggu. The Chorizo and eggs breakfast (pic attached) is amazing, huge serving, delicious and nutritious! They also sell a bunch of healthy organic products like coconut butter. Staff are friendly and fast. The bar is high in Canggu but this place stands out.

The cafe is well designed and air-conditioned. The food however was less than mediocre. I ordered the Moroccan chicken salad and the chicken was pretty bad - I was basically served half-cooked fatty chicken pieces. I rarely leave food behind but in this case I couldn't finish my dish.

Amazing!!!! Five stars = five exclamation points.
Food, staff, setting, food (did I already said food?), it's all perfect.
I would go everyday if I could, and considering the size of the menu I could even have an entire new experience every time.
My favorites: smashed avocado with the pumpkin polenta bread, the salads (take the trio and have fun!) and the omelettes.
And one little tip, their croissant and chocolatines are in the top 2 of the best I've tasted in Canggu. And believe me, I've made some serious researches, I'm French.

My girlfriend and I visited Sprout the other day for lunch. It was a delicious. Also, extremely healthy. Plus, they have amazing donuts! I recommend the quesadilla or the raw salad! Great place for lunch! Amazing staff and service!

So healthy and delicious! Ate lunch on a friday afternoon. It was pretty busy but they have really nice outdoor seating so it didn't feel over crowded. It is a very cute place with a healthy menu that taste just as good as they look. Perfect place for lunch.

The food is fantastic - excellent quality!!! Everything I ate and drank here was of a consistently high standard. Friendly, quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

I had a somewhat bad experience here after coming several times.
I ordered pancakes and forgot to tell them not to put ice cream and honey on top. I politely told the waitress I made a mistake, and she didn't hesitate to take them away and make me a new order.
I paid and went on my way thinking everything was fine. The next time I came in, I was told I had to pay for the order that was sent back. I should've been told immediately I would have to pay for both, the way it was handled is just silly.

The pesto omelet is the bomb! Good portion size too... So many cafes to choose from but I keep coming back to Sprout. The AC is also good on hot Bali days.

Love my morning coffee and brekkies at Sprout. Good drinks. Proper portions and tasty food. Service is consistent and the aircon in Bali is a major plus for those hot, steamy days. Be back soon! 😊

Great selection of food at a great price. The coconut cold brew coffee is toooo good. The bike attendant needs to be more chill though 😏

When you're around Canggu you have to visit this place. The place is so nice and comfortable. The food was amazing. I ordered a bowl of Trio Salads. This dish contains 3 salads that you could choose on the menu. The salads was HUGE and tasty. I'll back here again with empty belly

I read about Sprout on a few websites that were listing co-working cafes in Bali. A warning - they've removed all the power outlets to cut down on their electricity bill. Totally understandable, but I wouldn't consider this a co-working cafe anymore. Power situation aside, there's a good amount of seating, and it's not too crowded.

I'm not sure who this place is for. The coffee is not great, the food is pretty bland, smoothies and shakes not so tasty.. and wifi speed is downright terrible at 1-2mbps up/down. All this, and it's pretty expensive. The bill always seem to be more than you hoped it would be. So it seems, then, that the main selling point is the hipster vibe and the AC. For this, I wouldn't recommend going. Look elsewhere or wait until conditions improve. Better wifi would make this a great working cafe, for example.
Tropicalstorm (25/02/2017 06:13)
Nice atmosphere, relaxed and casual. Menu is not 100% vegetarian though. Great place for breakfast and lunch. Limited parking available in front of the café.
Caroline Huet (03/02/2017 04:04)
Nice café to work (eventhough internet is not especially fast), not too crowded, great food. But careful, it closes at 5pm!
Buffi Jashanmal (27/01/2017 03:00)
The trio salad is the best deal on the island... if u can eat as much veg as a rabbit like me.. this will fill you up. A great deal for 65,000!
Siân Ng (03/01/2017 02:21)
Vegan cafe, hipster vibe. Chill atmosphere, nice garden seating by the entrance. The coffee was a bit watery. I'd recommend the Green Jay smoothie.
Villa Ganesha (27/11/2016 13:07)
Great staff and lunch menu and you can also buy some organic things like apple cider vinegar coconut oils etc.
Lily Chang (02/10/2016 21:49)
Love all their salads and juices, especially the golden tonic (tumeric, lime, honey) and activated charcoal shots. Their airy, light-filled space would be a great place to work if they have power plugs.
Cahit Baha Pars (21/08/2016 07:28)
friendly staff and delicious juices and omlets
Richard Bennie (29/07/2016 10:32)
Amazing café! Their house coffee blend is the best I've had in Bali, food is immaculately presented and delicious! Lots of healthy locally sourced options as well as sweet treats. Everything you could possibly want!
Val erian (17/04/2016 12:08)
A little bit pricey but very good quality and healthy. Loved the breakfast. Great to start a good day!
melissasalvaggio (10/02/2016 04:14)
Sweet design, air conditioned space, perfect cappuccino, 👌🏼 oyster and button mushroom omelette (35k), or splurge on a espresso and Nutella sourdough French toast (50k). Top 5 brekkie.

Lovely little spot. Thoughtfully designed. Great menu, friendly staff and an overall really nice place to work.
