In terms of luxury and quality, this hotel is probably closer to 4* instead of 5*. However, the hotel is perfect for a quiet resting type of holiday due to its smaller size and the all-inclusive package convenience. Unfortunately the beach front is rather small and filled with boats (both fishermen and water sports).

Luxury at its best. You can find everything that a 5 star resort hotel could offer. Rooms are spacious and warming. Pool drink games beach all at your leisure. Ultimate relaxing atmosphere all the time. Food is mouth watering and the buffet breakfast is huge and delicious. In addition to it service and staff is very welcoming and responsive.

My husband and I had booked an all inclusive guest room prior to our stay. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that our booking was for breakfast only. I then showed the receptionist the booking confirmation which very clearly stated that the booking included the all inclusive package. The manager was called in and through discussions, tried to say that the words all inclusive referred to the view. I’ve never heard of an all inclusive view before!!! (which is even more hilarious as the only view from our room was of a tree!) The manager refused to give us a wristband for the all inclusive package and said the only way we could have the all inclusive wristband was to pay an extra $471 for the four days of all inclusive. My husband and I spent more than three hours at the reception desk arguing with the manager about this. Eventually we called our booking company who agreed to refund our money if we paid for the all inclusive package. So we then had to charge the $471 onto my credit card in hopes that we were refunded the money. This was an absolute horrendous experience for what is claiming to be a four star hotel! I would also like to mention that our arrival date was also my birthday. My husband had contacted the hotel prior and arranged a birthday surprise for our arrival which needless to say was not given. We like to joke that I got my birthday surprise in the form of a 4 hour argument with the manager as my husband knows how much I like to argue :) Even without the issues I’ve just mentioned, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There is literally nothing about this hotel that I would recommend. The location is just outside of the nice manicured area of the island. The planned activities never occurred unless you asked the staff when the activities would begin and then a reluctant member of staff would start the activity. The food was always cold and of low quality and was always bland. We have also stayed at the Melia Bali which is about half a mile away and had the most incredible experience. At the Melia Bali we felt like royalty. The staff was incredible, the food was amazing and of impeccable quality and the activities staff were amazing. Please learn from our mistake and do not waste your limited holiday time and money staying at Sol Beach House. You only get a few chances to go on holiday, make sure they’re memorable and cherished experiences.

Amazing location, delicious food, great cocktails and a VERY courteous staff.
This place is a great option for a leisurely evening. Their food preparations are brilliant and the staff is happy to customize as per your requirement. Live music and well prepared cocktails made the evening a lot more fun.
The location is on the very soothing Benoa Beach, perfect for an evening in Bali.
The staff courtesy and service will make you want to go back.

Fabulous all inclusive hotel with a lovely beach and even lovelier staff. Excellent food, especially if you go for the Gold package as everything on the menus in each of the restaurants is included without surcharge.

Really good. Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. The pool has plenty of areas with shade -well needed in bali. The garden is alive with birds. Rooms are a good size. Its an older resort well kept and plenty of space that you dont get in the news resorts.

I came to Sol Beach house on my first holiday "alone" booked the trip and flights myself, This being a big deal for "Me" as i have ussually had a partrner to do this for me.
I was welcomed with a warm smile and have had an "AWESOME" Experience. Staff are so friendly, rooms are tidy and very spacious and plenty of activities readily available. Having a Great time and i am looking forward to returning.
"Sol Beach house" !! Keep up the great work 👍😃

The Hotel is pleasing to the eye. The staff are really friendly and helpful although some do not understand your requests. Especially in the restaurants. We had a few wrong orders, inc meat dishes for vegetarians.
If you look beyond the face of the hotel I would not class this as a 5star more like a 4.5!
Choices of food can be quite repetitive especially if your there for 2 weeks!
Overall I would not rule this place out, be wary of the cleanliness of your rooms etc.
You will notice the difference when you walk along the beach and see the hotels next door.
We had to change our room twice and eventually got upgraded to a suite. We are a family 2 adults 2 children. The 1st room we had only had 3 single beds, the 2nd had a double and a single. Please research before you go, have a look other hotels in the same area. I would class this as a bit of a budget hotel.
We booked through Virgin holidays who really need to check the facilities before inc. It on their list.

Music Noise from neighbor hotel until 2am. Unless you like water sports, hotel at Nusa Dua having a better beach

Nice hotel in a nice setting. On the plus side. Super friendly staff. Comfy room and gorgeous gardens. On the negative side, The WiFi was TERRIBLE and the only other negative thing is the constant noise pollution from the many many water scooters and other motorized boats. Was a constant rush hour out there on the water. Not really tranquil.

The all inclusive deal was great value. Food was always really good and the absolute friendly service was very comforting. Has a community vibe and it didn't feel isolated like other 5 star resorts, some resorts just feel flat and too quiet, this one felt quite the opposite. I liked the layout it felt more traditional to the Balinese culture and the rooms were really nice.

This resort looks quite old and in need of renovation. An interior decorator is sorely needed in many areas around the resort (like the spa and 'fine dining' restaurant).
Overall we had a good stay, with several activities on offer and a good poolside bar. The staff were friendly, but require some attention to detail.
If sitting by the pool all day drinking cocktails (like many people here do) is what you're looking for, then the all inclusive packages are worth it.
Breakfast was decent, but overall the food was disappointing.

Nice service indeed, generally good food, Amarta restaurant really good, really nice garden and Beach. Love the dinner in the garden with performing art shows. Dislike the water bikers who runs so close smelling and noising

We had much mold in our first bathroom, so we changed our room. In the next room was also mold in the bathroom, but not so much as in the room before. Walls are sometimes broken and dirty, the whole hotel is in need of a modernisation. Many people just sit at pool bar and drink some Cocktails just start at 10am and finish at 6pm. Every hour, the noise is getting louder. As a vegetarian you are just able to eat potatoes,rice and vegetables at buffet - and some salad. One day mash potatoe, next day potatoe gratin and so on. My girlfriend did not like the vegetarian food, meat was ok but often too dry. At breakfast they prepare your omlette you want. The Restaurants are okay, but the food is nothing special. The pics of the beach you can find at internet are better than reality. We walked along the beach to Nusa Dua and beach of the other hotels just looking better. The staff was very friendly. The evening shows are good for such a small hotel. We were in a small hotel because we thought of relaxing and silentness. But every day the same party electronic music at pool. At beach everytime motorboats. We did not enjoy our stay in this hotel (11days!) - if my girlfriend did not get ill, we would have change the hotel. Won't give them 4,5 stars.

Very nice beach side hotel. Has great workers, they're very nice. And it's really nice in general.
