Almost perfect location. In the heart of Seminyak. Easy to hail a cab/any online transportation.
Spacious room with large and comfy king beds.
Complete toiletries with replenished mineral water bottles.
Staff were polite and attentive.
Cleanliness were good.
But need more attention to their bathroom design. Water tends to flood since their no partition at shower floor.
Parking space is adequate but sometimes it's a bit packed since most area in Seminyak doesn't hv parking space so it's a more like public parking lot in area.
There's Kura Kura Bus halte stop at nearby Seminyak Square . If you haven't know Kura2 bus is hop on hop off bus that cover Seminyak-Kuta-Legian-Ubud - Sanur- Jimbaran- Nusa Dua. Perfect for solo traveler who cannot drive a motorcycle.
And rent a car can put a hole to your wallet.
Remember most of Bali area banned online public transportation and meter taxi. Sadly but true.
Walking distance to Sisterfield (50m), Revolver (50m) and Motel Mexicola (300m).
But being the center of Seminyak means the central of traffic jam .
And navigate from the exit of the parking lot need a bit of skill too.
But all in all it's worth the $$$

Great location for those that like to eat and shop, 10 minute walk to the beach.
On arrival it is disappointing that the lobby lacks the “ Bali” feel.
The rooms are big, spotless with a king bed, very comfy. Air con worked well, walk in shower a definite benefit. Considering it’s location the rooms are very quiet.
Brekkie is served in the restaurant down stairs and is sufficient. Staff there are very friendly.
Plenty of eats within walking distance.
Housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient.
The pool area lacks any Bali feel at all, minimal planting, short of pool lounges and some do not even have a padded mattress on them, those that do are filthy and mouldy, we know of a guest asking for padded cushions to be told no, they cannot bring them out!!!!
They desperately need replacing, and replenishing, sad considering inside your room is very clean, the area needs a complete overhaul, in saying that I would stay again for convenience.

Great locations with lots of food variety. However, free breakfast service is average, my breakfast portion came after my partner finished his portion. Guess there might be too many servers there and busy on chatting outside the restaurant instead of taking details on customers, we are the first open table but was neglected.

Nice Clean Hotel and located to everything around Seminyak and shopping complex within meters away. Highy recommended for holiday makers.

This place is lovely and central to “Eat Street”.
It has a lovely pool . The Junior suites look directly onto the pool.
The staff are most helpful. It also has lifts if your weary after a day of shopping.
There is also a market full,of shops in the car park of Seminyak Square.

Location is amazing. Super location. Close to all nightlife attraction. Staff are very nice. Cleaning is very good.
U have to expect that it's a 3 stars hotel. Not a fancy one .
They have a roof pool but not that good.

WARNING: Google Maps shows the location of the hotel incorrectly. The pin that Google shows is like 1km away from the actual location. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of Seminyak Square shopping plaza.

Nice and central, rooms are as expected. The lifts are slow and sometime do malfunction. The staff are friendly.

The people offered great service and the breakfast downstairs was heavenly. I found the hotel to be a bit grubby and dirty in some places but inside the rooms where fine!

Nothing amazing but very good value for money. Stayed here in Feb 2017 and was pleased with the hotel and the friendly staff. Basic style hotel with a great location, clean rooms and a nice pool. (5 stars for value)
