We staying there on January to May 2018 (longterm rent), we need to leave early check out because of this construction issue.
The staff was nice but they need to improve their service.
1st we didnt get any information letter or verbal from the hotel about there will be big renovation on the other building, exactly beside our room 314
We need to complain first before they offer us to move to other thats also we need to wait until 4 days to move due to fully book, after we push them,they offer us to move the day after tommorow.
They didnt consider us as loyal tenant that already staying there for 4 months (for long term).
The points is :
They need to supervise the Housekeeping to distribute the annoucement letter to the guest to minimize other tenant didnt received the letter.
The Front office supervisor/manager should manage their team to call the guest who staying there more than 1 months instead only give letter, and offer solution move their room before the project started especially the tenant who staying beside the construction..not just rely on to Housekeeping to distribute the letter to minimize miss-information to the long term guest.
The 2nd days of the project they start hammering at 8 am and that very loud noises instead 9 am..we complain again.. they really didnt orginize this well.
We actually want to continue our rent, but with this issue they not consider us as loyal tenant so we already dissapointed and we do early check out on 23rd may instead 27th may. They only said appologiez from what happen. Very basic services . Hope they can improve more.

For a 3 star hotel, this place surely over rated. The amenities are incomplete to say the least. The food is not only below average, but also come in a very limited variation. The pool is so so. The shower lacks the ever needed 'pump'. Parts of the room needs TLC. The only thing that helps them is the generous and friendly staff.

Nice specious room with a very complete facility but the breakfast just standard taste but still acceptable.

Very nice suite room! The staff was very helpful and we rented scooters at the front desk. The pool was private and quiet, great place to relax

Great room, great bed and pillows, great staff and very good location. We stayed for a long term herr and really liked it and we will come back for another long term. :) they are doing renovations so in a few weeks it will be even better!

Hotel will find excuses to take your deposit (200-250k rupiah), so check well with one of the stuff the condition of the things when you check in. Something they don't do probably for a reason. It ' s really dissatisfying at the end of your holidays and feels like being scammed. Soap was missing in the bathroom, toilets were hard to flush and clogged, some mold stains on the wall. The facility is not walking distance from most places and you need to rent a bike/get taxi for almost anywhere ( that will significantly increase the cost of your stay). Overall the place is quiet but is under renovation so if you plan to sleep in the morning it s not possible. The breakfast is really basic and if things ends there are not replaced ( so get there early) . Overall the rooms are big but the exit scam at check out can have a bad touch on your mood when leaving such an amazing place after your holidays.

Good Hotel, Nice View, Super Friendly Staff, and the All New Pandawa WiFi Signal is Very Good after Hotel Renovation :) Best Place to Stay!

In my opinion this hotel is a great hotel the mezanine room is wide and comfortable, the pool the ambience was great. but the breakfast was not that good.

been here more than 3 times. everything is perfect except the wifi is very slow.

Hot water kettle was slimy, dirty, stained sheets. There is a second "half bath" with toilet and sink upstairs by the bedroom(loft). Requested extra towel for upstairs bathroom for hand and face drying but was told they were "out of clean towels" and could get one the next day. They were also out of extra keys for my partner. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower. Beautiful grounds, pool and room for a great price but service and cleanliness is lacking.

Very dirty and unbelievable. Not only towel, even bed sheets, pillow and others very stinks and makes me itch. We must wait for 3 hours when want changes room without hot water for shower. Misdirection photo from their advertising. I came to Bali every quarter but never dissatisfied with hotel room like this time.

I live full time at Pandawa All Suite and I love it. Great place, very green. GM and staff are adorable. Very heartedly recommended.

Lovely staff. Suites are very run down and dirty. Both rooms we hired were very dirty and we had to swap one room as it was just unliveable. The others were not as bad. Each room had a kitchen but no implements for cooking.

Really nice place on the outskirt of Kerobokan. Staff very friendly and helpfull, he was out of his way to help the customer cleaning their car even . Fantastic people

Stayed for 2 nights. We book family room, a two stories room with a pantry and two toilets. This hotel is situated a bit far from many tourist destinations in Bali but you won't regret it. Nothing much you can do here, but the atmosphere of the surrounding area is simply breathtaking and nostagic. You can see terrace paddy fields everywhere and beautifull balinese culture when you go out to Canggu Beach and other area. You don't need to go to Ubud to experience this atmosphere. Front office staffs are friendly and helpfull, but other staffs simply need to improve their services: they didn't make up room or give bottled water another day, won't help when we had troubled with the card key.

We've enjoyed our stay so much we extended it from three nights to a week. 2.5* hotel with 3.5* service. Nice pool area, clean rooms, friendly service. In the middle of villa area, so not much to do right around the hotel. Hotel shuttle will take you to Seminyak square and near by beach.

Lovely & comfy, friendly staff, nice & clean room. Kalau nyari lokasi yang tidak begitu ramai tapi dekat ke kayu aya & area seminyak lainnya, this place for you.
