Friendly service. Soft clean bed. Big clean pool. Basic breakfast buffet. Bit of a problem is that the Shower water splashes everywhere in bathroom...on the toiletseat and almost flows into the room. But their oom service staff cleans this up and makes the bed, when your out. Leaving your things alone.

Not sure how people can give great reviews for this hotel. Unless you are really not choosy where you stay. We arrived last Thursday 12 the April 2018 at 1.30 and we gone by 2.30.We had booked a Deluxe Room. !!?? It had no walk in shower (as advertised). Shower curtain was disgusting colour. Doors on cupboards were coming off hinges.Ac's old and look like need update badly. Gardens in need of attendance. And on one website
...which is another reason we booked all pictures looked so inviting and so did the swim up bar that we saw on one website
...Does not exist anymore.?? This in this day and age is false advertising.

Nice place to stay with friends and family. Very close to the airport and beach. The room are of decent size and are maintained very well. Rates are very reasonable. Definitely a big thumbs up.

Best place to stay, near the beach. Staff helpful and speaks better English. Airy Rooms. Good swimming pool. Did not see any local people during our 2 nights stay. We did not opt for breakfast. This place is near to everything you need. Would like to come here again.

Homey hotel with so friendly and helpful owners who greet you every time you meet them. One night they made us Salmon pizza for free. Complete package for meeting or training, good food and snack selections. Too good to be true, it's very affordable compared to other hotels' package. Will always be back to here for certain occasions :)

Spacious and everyday housekeeping with friendly staff. Food is limited and we use to go out to eat. Swimming pool is quite big. Oh Mary (the staff) is a great one. My husband and i likes her so much. If we will visiting Bali maybe will go to Palm Beach hotel again.

Stayed here for 4 weeks in a deluxe room and could not fault anything. All staff were extremely friendly and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Pool is lovely and always cleaned, gardens are beautiful and breakfast was always nice. The restaurant was lovely and the meals were reasonably priced. Yes it is a budget hotel but at the upper end I really didn't know what to expect but and admit was a bit nervous but family wanted us to stay with them and was impressed with this hotel. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Palm beach hotel is a lovely hotel the staff are amazing. The hotel is budget pool area is awesome deluxe rooms were great nice and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and happy . The only thing i could fault is there is no cocktail list

Got here to spend 1 night. They only had rooms with 2 beds. Small beds! Like tiny. One looked dirty and the other was good. Simple room with a balcony. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. For the price it's good but other than that, I'm good.

Beautiful and colonial place. Peaceful, great location. Scooter rental, close to town and beach. Great breakfast and swimming pool

Great hotel, renovations are underway, expext to be the perfect hotel in the next few years. Nothing beats the landscape, sit in the 2nd floor restaurant and you can see the fabulous surrounding trees. Great location, just a walk to the new Lippo Mall.

The staff are friendly and do the work efficiently. Thanks to Marry and Vishnu. We love this workers who always wear a smile when giving service. They are approachable.The resort is quiet good. The swimming pool is huge enough to chill out. I love the place and i would love to stay here again for my next visit in Bali Indonesia.

Everything was good there until the owners son came back, since then,
many people have gotten their passports, electronics, and money stolen from inside the room.
His name is Richard and he brought in new housekeeping.
Since then it has been very bad for customers getting robbed inside the hotel. Nothing is safe there.
Even if you have a safe in your room they can open it with a special key.
If you don't want to get robbed, go stay in another hotel.

This is the third time I have stayed here. Quiet location with nice gardens and pool . It's not perfect but really good value for money right across the road from where the beach where the boats go to the surf breaks. Really good breakfast and friendly staff

Best place & value for money. Just 5 minutes walk to reach kuta beach and 5 minutes walk to lippo mal. I pay IDR 30K for bali taxi (blue bird group by apps - argo display IDR 23K min IDR 30K) to reach DPS airport just 10 minutes from hotel. Or simply enjoy culinary by order GO FOOD (gojek apps). Or enjoy daily moto riding for just IDR 70K a day ask hotel recepsionist.

Kamers verouderd en niet heel schoon. Ook meerdere stenen, tegels etc kapot. Zwembad is lekker alleen erg weinig ligstoelen echt te weinig max 15 stuks. Service is super! Ze regelen alles voor je en zijn super vriendelijk! Als je van plan bent om veel in het hotel te zijn zou ik persoonlijk voor wat anders kiezen maar als je veel weg gaat dan is dit prima vooral voor de prijzen.

WARNING! BED BUG INFESTATION! PLEASE READ:
We arrived at Palm Beach Hotel in Kuta, Bali on December 21, 2015 evening. After dinner at their restaurant, me, my little brother and little sister went straight to bed because we were so exhausted from our travel. The next morning we woke up insanely itchy. To our surprise my little sister had 60+ red blotchy bed bug bites on both of her legs. I woke up with 25+ bites and my feet were really swollen. My little brother woke up with 20 bites. Alarmed we immediately went to the front desk to voice our concerns. The man at the counter told us they would get it resolved. Throughout the day the bed bug bites became progressively worse, becoming bright red and even more itchy. When we got back that evening, again we went to the front desk to confirm whether or not our sheets were changed because we couldn’t trust that they replaced the sheets since our complaint in the morning.
Later, a man-who claimed he was the manager-said that our medical bill will be completely covered if a doctor confirmed the bites were from bed bugs. Then as we headed back to our room, we saw an employee with Raid Aerosol Spray. We were so shocked to see that this was how they planned to “solve the problem” in the room. We repeatedly asked for them to change the sheets of our 3 beds more than 3 times, and each time they were reluctant.
The second morning (December 23, 2015), again we went to the counter to report the bed bug bites because they were getting worse (me, my little sister,and little brother). Also, more members of our group had got bitten. Ten out of fourteen in my group had bed bug bites all over their legs. At this point we demanded to speak to the manager to seek further action, but “conveniently” it was her day off. When we thought nothing could get any worse, that evening, the water in the shower stopped running. We thought it was just our room, but when I walked outside I also saw everyone else complaining about the same problem. In addition, the towels that were provided came with yellow and brown stains.
The third morning, (December 24, 2015) for the third time, we went to the front desk demanding to speak to a manager because our bites were getting even worse and we wanted to get a refund. The man in the front who previously told us he was “the manager” told us that The Manager will be in at 9 am--meaning he was lying to us from the start about his title. We patiently waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. At 9 o’clock the manager still wasn’t here. Furious, we started to realize they were stalling--extending the time each time we asked-- so that they didn’t have to deal with the problem directly. Since no one cared about our worsening condition, we had to drive ourselves to the emergency room of Kasih Ibu General Hospital in Bali. We ended up getting a doctor’s note confirming our bed bug bites were from the hotel and spent over $150 US dollars on medication for me, my little sister and my mother. The same afternoon before we left, the manager Nur Pudjiwati was finally there. She immediately refused to take responsibility for what happened. She said that she would not take responsibility for our “bad health” and that we could have “gotten it somewhere else”. In a poor attempt to compensate us, she agreed to pay for half our medical bill even though they said they would pay in full.
In conclusion, the attitude of staff was evasive, unhelpful, and dishonest. Instead of solving the issues head on, they asked us suspicious questions like when our flight was departing--making us believe that they were trying to wait out the problem. This hotel is downright uninhabitable. It’s infested not only with bed bugs, but also with bad service.
We just want everybody to take our horrific experience seriously because it truly ruined our holiday vacation. Please do not stay here, and feel free to contact me directly through this review.

Breakfast was quite poor, cleaning is not consistent, old bathroom, receptionist was on the phone (not work related conversation) when we were waiting for checkout, so she gave a thumb up for the key. Also, prior years it was not possible to pay with MasterCard, this year they manage to deduct the costs one day before arrival without our consent.

Мы ездили в январе 2011 года. Даже сейчас вспоминаем как там было классно. Не пожалели ни о чем!!! Ехали с боязнью а вдруг, а как, три звезды всё-таки, какое обслуживание, номера? И остались очень довольны. Люди очень сердечные и гостеприимные, доброжелательные, улыбающиеся. Красивая территория, прибрано. Жили на первом этаже, был балкон, вдоль которого проходил пруд, его населяли огромные рыбы, которых мы подкармливали))) так же на балконе была плетенная мебель, очень здорово. Номер ежедневно прибирали. Кормили только завтраками. Вкусно и по-местному)) т.е рис, их приправы ит.д. Но было иссключение- Тосты))) Очень вкусные) Любители Турции, конечно возмущались, ворчали где "всё включено". Было очень стыдно за них. А так- русских там мало. В основном австралийцы и пару немцев))) Это про Бали в целом.
Так же отелю достались очень классные гиды. Очень хорошо говорили по-русски, и очень доброжелательные.
И напоследок, когда мы только-только еще определялись с поездкой, выбором страны, нам в турагентстве сказали, что Бали- прекрасный выбор, т.к это одно из тех мест куда хочется вернуться. И действительно! Ни на сколько не соврали. Так и есть. Мы очень хотим туда снова, к тем же людям! Хорошего Вам отдыха!))
