PLEASE, I warn you!!! There are so many honest camera/computer repair shops in Bali, don't go to this one! The only reason he has so many good reviews is because he posts your private details here on Google so that people must remove their comment. It's a dirty practice used by cheats.
I had come to Bali for 1 week but the day before I left my camera broke. After a quick google I found this camera shop close to the airport. I understood the problem with the camera which I explained to the shop keeper. He told me then that he could fix it and it'd cost $300 ... wow but I was desperate. This price is unheard of in Bali but I like I said I was desperate and he knew it. 5 days later and I got a message saying the camera was ready but it's not fully repaired. I went to pick up the camera but when I got there the technician told me the camera couldn't be repaired but he had cleaned it. $150 AUD to have my camera cleaned!!! He told me dirt and so forth had been removed from the camera and as long as I didn't go above 500 frames per second I'd be ok. What!!!??? What's worse is I came back to Australia and half way through while shooting a wedding I receive this error message below. I now need to buy a completely new camera.
I would be ok with this if he was honest but all he wanted was my money. Who cleans a camera for $150!! It costs $55 in Australia and that's from the offical Canon Repair Centre. Please people go somewhere else, there's so many better options.

Thankful to find Nyama Bali SOHO. My phone experienced water damage and after an attempt at repair, Alex suggested I buy a new one then refunded me for the purchased screen. He found a great deal at a nearby authorized Apple retailer and helped as much as he could. I'm impressed by his knowledge, honesty, and efforts. Worth the visit!

Alex is extremely knowledgeable and made this process less painful. He explained everything simply and my Mac is working perfectly now. I'm a happy customer. If I ever experience problems again, I will look for his expertise.

Alex is the best ...my laptop fell into the bathtub and he fixed everything ... Super kind and respectful and trying to help all the time...speaks great english.
Also he is really fast and considerate ...guess it depends on the problem your computer has but for me was really fast ...im really grateful he could save my macbook ..thank you Alex

If you need best quality of service (or simply to repair your Macbook Air) - I believe you can't find better place than Nyama Bali SOHO and Alex. This amazing technical guru was very helpful and provided best options to save my money and time. I highly recommend exactly this place to repair your computer equipment. Very happy and appreciate for his help and explanations he provided.

Really unhappy with the quality of work here. Wasted 6 weeks of waiting and $300 in repairs for a botched job and my computer died again 2 days later. And he won't take any responsibility for the work. He was confident he could repair my logic board and that's why I didn't just wait to go home to Canada or buy a new computer. But now I realize he barely knows what he's talking about and I could do a better job with Youtube tutorials. Total scam.

Great service from Alex. Alex speaks really good english. I had some issue with my I-phone 6 screen. He explained me everything well and told me about the different quality options and what I would get for my money. The service was fast, with great communication: I highly recommend his service.

Alex is a real professional. When I came to him with my broken MacBook Air, he instantly knew what to check, gave me profound advice and possible options regarding the damage and promptly made some storage tests. I have had to take my laptop to Nyama Bali SOHO a couple of times. I would like to say that Alex and the staff were very helpful. After traveling SEA it is very good and refreshing to come to a repair shop that is as honest, even with bad news, helpful and quick as Nyama Bali SOHO. I recommend them very strongly. Thanks

My IPhone 5s was in a terrible state: the touch screen unusable with coloured lines all over it, chunks of the screen were completely missing and it was bent and battered from years of dropping it. I don't know how but Alex fixed it and made it look shiny and new! I'm so impressed with his service which is not only very thorough but affordable too! He even cleaned out the charging port and charged it up for me when i came to collect it two hours after bringing it in. Thank you so much Alex!

Alex gave me the best customer service from any place I visited in Bali.
It's a shame I had to have a broken phone to go back and see him.
He fixed my cracked phone screen on my IPhone 5s in 30min and had a nice chat during that. He even gave me a few local secrets which I much appreciated.
If you're ever in Bali and desperately need a phone, tablet or laptop fixed this place is an absolute must to go to.

WARNING: SAVE YOURSELF! DO NOT GO THERE. Do yourself a favor and find another place. It was the worst service, absolutely rude, poor communication and my phone was returned with a cracked screen, when it was brand new when it went in. He should not run a business he does not know what he is doing. He was running around screaming and luckily his friend was there to calm him down. We then just communicated with his friend, who was very polite. Just save yourself a headache and find another place.

Great communication and fair prices. Alex is very knowledgeable and talked me through all my options for my old Asus laptop - in the end I chose not to repair, but I feel really comfortable with Alex' trustworthy advice and if you want someone that will be honest and upfront with you, explain all possible costs depending on what could be wrong, and take time to explain things (really well - I am not technical AT ALL!) - Alex is your guy! I will 100% be going back to him next time I need a service/repair

Amazing!!! I was on vacation in Bali and my MacBook froze. I restarted it and it had a white screen and flashing folder with question mark. I asked for help online but couldn't sort it so reached out to Nyama Bali Soho. They got back to me immediately and I caught a cab to see them. They fixed it while I was there and it was a big relief for me when I thought it was completely broken. I even went to the Apple Store and they didn't want to know about it. Thank you so so much... highly recommended.

My girlfriend had some problems with her laptop, some keys didn't work due to the fact that a screw was missing from the casing. This meant also that the laptop gathered a lot of dust.
We handed the laptop over to the shop and they charge you 300.000 for exploring the problem, which is kinda steep but okay. The owner called my girlfriend two days after to tell us that the laptop had to be cleaned and the keyboard needed to replaced. The costs for cleaning only was already 1.2 million and replacing the keyboard 1.3 million. WTF!
Unfortunatly my girlfriend didn't know much about laptops and agreed for the cleaning costs, but when I heard the price I decided to call. I asked why it was so expensive and told him (I have cleaned many computers myself) that this is a mundane task that doesn't take long. I was told I didn't know anything about computers and he rambled on that this is normal procedure and such, all in a pretty angry and hostile way. We cancelled the whole thing and they rudely hung up the phone on us.
Luckily they hadn't started yet on any of the jobs so we just payed 300.000 took the laptop and brought it to an authorised shop which does the whole procedure for a 500.000 (a fifth of the price!!!)
Have rarely been treated this rude and unprofessional.

My Dell Inspiron 15 laptop was not working at all. I gave to Nyama Bali SOHO. It was just in three days. He diagnosed the breakdown. It was a mainboard problem. He found the spare part and replaced it immediately. My computer now works perfectly. Alex was also very patient with my own impatience. Once again, thank you very much Alex.

What an awesome experience! I stopped in to see Alex three weeks ago when my iPhone 6 got stuck in a rain storm. He completely reworked the main circuit board for me and replaced the screen, explaining every step in the process, and only charged $300 for the work (I've had something similar in the US happen and had to pay $650 for a new phone). Then my mother in law's screen stopped responding to touch, and he had it fixed within one day. An awesome experience!

I came to Alex's shop 3 months ago with a seemingly malfunctioning computer hoping I could get a diagnosis and a fix. Yet when Alex took a look at it and powered it on, it worked perfectly- the doctor's magical touch. No repair required. I received a surplus of very useful tips and information on all sorts of electronics varying from computers to iPhones to circuits. Alex has years of knowledge that he will gladly share with all customers.

Hi - I paid 2.5million Rupiah for an iphone5s to be repaired which was in bad shape and needed frame and screen replacement. The phone was returned to me after almost two weeks of waiting for it to be fixed and assured that it could be solved. I didn't use the phone for calls for a week after that as I only needed wifi, when i made a call, i noticed the receiver didn't work and that the screen was becoming less responsive to my touch (probably not connected well to the hardboard).I emailed and texted and called Alex who did not respond and requested more money after the warranty period for another diagnosis and repair. The phone was bette off broken and money not spent as I will have to pay for another repair elsewhere or a new phone!

Alex solved a big problem in my MacBook Air (almost 1/2 liter of mango juice falls inside the keyboard...). The laptop was dead and he bring it back to live. Keyboard must be replaced but laptop works perfect with an external keyboard. Good job, good communication and very reasonable price for the reparation.

Thank goodness for Alex ... he has saved us more than once bring back to life my iphone ... my macbook pro ... my printer ... you will be hard pressed to find a more honest and skilful professional than Alex. There are plenty of 'thieves' on the island pretending to know what they are doing so be VERY CAREFUL who you entrust your items to ... we learnt the hard way!

Thanks to Alex and the team at Nyama Bali SOHO for great, quick and cost effective service fixing my broken laptop screen.
For any westerner or non-Indonesian speaker - having the team at Nyama Bali Soho available almost immediately was extremely helpful. I found them very professional and with the stress of any personal or business trip, you need to ensure your taken care of if your computer fails you.
Would highly recommend.

Alex is the best guy in Bali for fixing your computer, this guy is better than official Mac shop people, if there is a way to fix your computer he will find it and will not try to rip you of. He is passionate about computers and will explain everything he is doing, he will even give you advise on how to properly maintain your computer. Could not ask for more, thanks Alex!
