Beautiful Hotel with a very relaxing ambiance. The hindu inspired structures at the front are great if you want solitude or just take a pretty selfie! The tables and chairs by the beach are very nice too!

You'll fall in love with this beautiful place. Nice pool with bar, great dining, nice video from room, room is extremely clean and large with extra bunk bed in in section of the room. Very good service from every section of the hotel...

The surroundings is so serene, quiet and natural. The services is perfect with the friendly hotel staff contribute warmth atmosphere. Spending 4 days there with big family was a great experience, combination of luxury and traditional of balinese concepts is so amazing. Can't wait to stay another days at the hotel some time in the future

have spent holidays once or twice every year in bali. nice food. beautiful view. cool windy beach. BUT compared to other resorts/hotels along Nusa Dua beach, hotel staffs are quite unfriendly. if I have a chance to come to bali next time, I definitely not choose this hotel.

This is a very nice resort with beautiful ground, nice support personal a great beach with beautiful sunrise (early!!!), and nice restaurants. Spacious rooms with excellent AC and WiFi. Plugs near the bed to charge electronics. Just great!

The attention to detail by every single member of staff we met was amazing. Beautiful resort and not a blade of grass out of place, I've never seen somewhere pristine. We walked through the other neighbouring resorts out of interest and the Nusa Dua beach hotel is noticeably superior

Nusa Dua is always been my favorite area when i come to Bali. This hotel is located in the best location of Bali named BTDC. Sometimes i go for jogging during my holiday here. No traffic to the hotel, there is also my favorite places around the hotel, very convenient. The hotel itself is very authentically Bali. You can really feel the Balinese ambiance but not spooky. As i said, it's oldies but goodies. The hotel really maintain their facilities, it's clean and nice. I love the pool and whirlpool at the spa area, it's quite and relaxing. But if you bring your family, the main or lagoon pool is the best. The beach is also nice and clean, you can buy ice cream there. And my favorite restaurant is Tamarind, you can enjoy the delicious foods with the best view of the beach. If you stay in palace club room, you will have breakfast at the club lounge which has unbelievably nice view with pool, temple, ducks, and nice and green garden. And the most important thing, the service was best, staffs are friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed every time i stay there. One more thing, I don't have to struggle with the traffic to the airport when i leave since there's is a toll road that really can save time.

Old but Great hotel. Its in Nusa Dua complex, great beach and amazing atmosphere. Always full. Love to comeback here again sometimes..

Staff, facilities and location are really 5 star, however since the new General Manager has declared this a 'pork free' hotel to us it meant no free decisions regarding our food preferences. No bacon and eggs 😤 Favorite breakfast. No beautiful Balinese roast piglet 😡 Favourite theme dinner item. No sweet and sour pork 😥 Favourite dinner item. For an international hotel, we feel this is unacceptable! By all means separate this food if it's not in line with your persuasion, but don't disadvantage patrons who should have the choice!!!!!! What next we ask?!?

As a hotel and services 4,5 stars.
Good for relaxation.
Great staff.
But the beach is disappointing. With sand, but urchins, it"s not deep (you can't swim even at high tide) and forget the snorkeling- there is no trace of fish.

This is a beautiful place. Private beach and lovely resort. However, the rooms and specially the bathrooms are pretty compact.
The place is very quiet and rich. The beach is well maintained and safe. There are no time restrictions. Also, there are other 5 stars along the stretch of thus beach and are inter connected. So you can walk along the beach and go to other 5 star as well. That's what we did. Nusa dua is nice and romantic place, but absolutely no option for vegetarians and gets a little dull as well, as there was no live music.
But you can easily go to Westin or any other hotel in that stretch and have dinner there.

A beautiful hotel. Well kept, clean and we'll maintained. The staff were helpful and very friendly. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We stayed there from the 1st August to 5th August. Will recommend this hotel anytime.

Beautifully appointed International Class venue. Tranquil spaces within can take in local cultural features. Luxurious gardens surround pools and many interesting places to eat and drink. Happy friendly staff. Well maintained spacious rooms. Direct access to beach. Free Shuttle bus available back up to Kuta etc. Thoroughly recommended.

Definitely one of the best places to stay at in Bali! It's location is magnificent, accompanied with a beach of it's own. Hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly and also well trained. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious with complete facilities and you're also welcomed with a delicious welcome drink. Long walks along the beaches are definitely recommended at night, and it's location is the prime location with quick access from and to the airport. Good breakfast food and has really nice pool facilities. Price might a bit above average but definitely a must stay!

The 5*hotel at Nusa Dua area, nice hotel with green surrounding and has own private beach. This hotel is famous because Ronald Reagen the president of USA was stayed here longtime ago. The typical building is Balinese style and adopted three hitakarana.Luxury hotel with great hospitality.

Is ok to relax. Far from everywhere else you want to see and do. More for couples getting married or honeymoon than families.
Other places in Bali are Much better. Tours from the hotel are of a low standard and you won't complete the itinerary due traffic and the driver's scam to waste your time for more pay.

Beautiful resort, good service. I liked the fact that they were offering some free activities for their guests: diving class, coconut leaf weaving, fruit carving etc. Also you get a free photo professionally taken.
Breakfast was delicious, but the room service food not so great and drinks at the bar overpriced - prices comparable to London. If it was cheaper they would be much busier, therefore they would make more money. Instead, the bars were usually empty.

The Property is very aged. Bathrooms and rooms were not maintained. Definitely its not more than a 3 star.

Large, clean room, king size bed, very large bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower. Large shower with two types of shower heads and a seat. Four restaurants on the property, two large pools plus a separate Spa area pool. Very nice Spa with lots of treatment rooms. Very clean beach and water. A bit pricey but definitely a very nice place to stay and relax.

The people working at nusa dua beach are so nice they are helpful and the rooms are very Bali style the beach is so amazing the food is so good. There are different types of things to do like going to see the Dolphins dances and eating dinner at the same time. If you want to go to Bali collection there is a bus that takes you there and there is a returning bus. When you wake up there is breakfast buffet with lots of options. For any of you who wants to play basketball there is a basketball place in the pool also there is two table tennis courts next to the swimming pool

We stayed for 10 days last year and had a fabulous time.
We were lucky enough to enjoy the benefits of a "Luxury Escape " package.
Our only minor disappointment was the room was a bit tired, but we spent most of the
time around the pool.
As a matter of courtesy pool towels should not be placed on lounges and left all day.
Some guests went out for a day trip and came back late to their towels.
The staff we so helpful and friendly.
We would not hesitate in recommending this Hotel.

I love Nusa Dua Beach Hotel!!!. Today my birthday. If someone asked me where I wanted to go to, it will be this hotel. They are truly such lovely , kind and friendly people. Always smiling & willing to help where they can to make your stay even better. I miss my lovely breakfast, clean pools & relaxed atmosphere. There is something special about this hotel with the older yet modern enough character.A big plus point, definitely the different eating out venues within the grounds. I have looked at so many other hotels & always come back to the same one. I just love the overall feel. Thank you friendly Nusa Dua staff.

Small beach club for hotel guests with chairs, umbrellas and a bar for food and drinks. 20 meters and your in the water. the water is rough around noon time because of high tide and the water gets all mixed up and murky. Snorkeling is great as you get out there and the current takes you down and there is lots to see, just be careful not to get in the way of fisherman as they will tell at you.
