They repair my iphone: change battery and screen to original. The screen was not original and stopped working (stuck). They refused to repair the warranty (despite the fact that they gave a guarantee - 1 month)

Horrible. Cracked phone screen led to all my data getting lost because the guy who repaired it decided to restore it without consulting me. Photos of 2 years of travels, all my contacts, all apps EVERYTHING is gone. I had to go to the shop 10 times and ask for my phone before I got it back. Excuse: the guy who repaired it is currently in the North of Bali and didn't leave it in the shop. Sure, why not take it with him? All in all the "repair" took more than one and a half MONTHS.
Also, he fixed the screen but managed to make my WiFi Chip and speakers not work.
When my data was still on it and he showed me my phone he closed the used apps in front of me and I saw that my pictures were open, so he might have gone through my personal stuff as well. Absolutely ridiculous. But hey, at least I didn't have to pay for all this...oh wait, I did.
Honestly save yourselves some money and have a monkey fix it. Same result.

Great place to buy smartphone and computer peripherals. They also have repair service for your computer and smartphone.The customer service is good. Perhaps the best tech store in Kuta Selatan.
