The place is very spacious and crowded especially during lunch or dinner time, the queue waiting for a meal very long that we can wait for food more than 40 minutes. Provides a complete rice package there is tofu, tempe, lalapan and various choices of side dishes such as chicken, duck, squid, shrimp and fish that can be selected grilled/fried with a very spicy cocolan sambal.

Cozy restaurant with nice setting and decorations. Be careful with their sambal/ chilly paste as it burn mouth and your hand but you keep eat them. Their price is cheap and affordable

All the dishes dont contain pork, so I guess it's halal. Very spicy and super duper delicious at great price. I think it's a must try local food

Chilli lovers must definitely try! It's a simple dish with a WOW effect. You can feel the bomb inside your mouth. the combination of steamed veggies, salty fish and hot rice is just PERFECT!

The price not too expensive around 30-60K for one portion depend on the menus.. and 6-20K for the drink.! U should try the tempe penyet in here but it was spicy so careful .!

This place offers good food with affordable price. Everything on the menu is cool Stuff. The Sambal ( chilli paste sauce) is incredibly an addiction. I kept coming back to the store on multiple visits to Bali. It even became an almost everyday thing to visit there to eat. Highly recommended. Please visit them when you're in Bali.

Not really good, the price was pretty high for nasi tempong, and the taste was nothing special. Their sambal was pretty good. It's too crowded around lunch time.

Me and my partner came across this place and saw how packed it was. Naturally, we decided to give it a try. We never thought that the sambal would be THAT spicy. My goodness, it was too spicy for us :D

Great for spicy lover! Spacious restaurant, can accomodate big group, large parking space and strategic location. Staffs are friendly and service is fast. Price is bit higher, but that's ok.

The rice comes with boiled veggies, salted fish, sliced cucumber (giant one), and sambal. You can choose your protein, from chicken to duck to fish, fried or grilled.
Their sambal is BOMB! No, nuclear! My mouth was on fire. I love sambal. At other places, I always order the hottest level of sambal. But the one here, at Nasi Tempong Indra, beats any other sambals I've ever had. At one point, when the additional rice came and it was hot, and I put a bit too much sambal, and I put them in my mouth, I feel like I'd wanted to die. Oh, the heat...
Hot damn, I'd surely come back. ❤

Their chilli souce is the best so far among the other nasi tempongs, def my favourite. The price is a bit expensive but worth it. Must try.

The sambal is too spicy, and too expensive for an ordinary kind of local food.
The taste for the whole fried chicken and fish are plain.
Definately will not coming back.

A big meal originated from East Java. Full meal with water pumpkin, enchovy, and water spjnach and a piece of meat of your choise, either chicken or beef. Price is moderate...and the food is tasty with nasty chilly.

Indra was very smart. Cheap food for high price! This type of food same with 'lalapan' or 'lamongan'. Nasi+tempe tahu+sambal+lalapan= 20k!. They got that point just from unique name called "nasi tempong" n good quality steam rice n spicy sambal. Side dish like chicken/fish/tempe/etc are standard

This is it. The best nasi tempong, especially the best sambal i ever tried in Bali.
They served so many kind of food in one plate but all this food is really delicious.

I suppose serving Indonesian food, This place is OK but to just but a small package of plain rice and costing so much, not worthy. Should just buy the package that they offer and it value more

The place is ok, but the foods are expensive in my opinion. It tastes great but still I only came to this place once just for the experience. The chilli sauce is awesome.

Big portion of fried or grilled chickens and ducks. Good sambal, too.
It's also quite affordable and the service time is quick.
