Every time it takes ages to wait (1 hour is a minimum) in teller’s line. Just insane how much time I spend every time I’m here.
Tellers working very slow and customers usually don’t fill up the forms in advance and it takes even longer to serve such customers. Also there’s no separate teller for people from Customers Service so despite long queue they calling people outside the line to serve.
I think you should do something, Bank Mandiri. Maybe don’t accept customers without prepared forms? Maybe hire additional teller to serve people from Customer Service. Do something!

Tidak bagus pelayanan, padahal saya mau daftar.. lebih mengutamakan bule ketimbang orang lokal, dan saya sudah bolak-balik sampai 3x dan akhirnya saya memilih bank BRI lebih ramah dan bagus pelayanan

We left a credit card inside an atm in seminyiak after withdrawing, this office helped us to get it back very quickly. Good service, the employee that helped us was also fluent in English. Also a good place to withdraw, it is possible to choose between 50k and 100k notes with 1250k or 2500k maximal.
