Good hotel at bargain rates at the center of kuta. They offer free airport transfers and day tours at affordable prices. Very near to water boom Bali and offer discount tickets as well in hotel. The hotel room and construction is old, but like any beach resort, it's maintained well.
The breakfast is good, If you prebook they can offer Indian breakfast as well.

Nice location but an old hotel that is in need of upgrades. The WiFi is unusable in the room and the TV is tiny. The shower water temperature cannot be adjusted and is often far too hot. The hotel is in a nice but very busy area so the rooms can also be quite loud at night. The A/C isn't that strong and only two bottles of water per day are included with the room. Personally I do not believe this hotel should have a 5 star rating... Maybe a 4, but a 3.5 would be more accurate.
The hotel pool is quite nice though and good for children.

Awesome service and delicious buffet breakfast everyday and such a wonderful staff ... the hotel is at the best location..definitely will stay at this hotel again. Need bit renovation but no complaints at all.

It's not like 5 star , likely to 4 star kind of.
Pros:
1. Good break fast menu
2.Swimming pool is big
3. Nice staff
4. Kids play area
5. Gym
Cons:
Room quality is not good I would say Bad. Old rooms, ac doesn't work properly ac water was leaking at our room

Had better hotels in Bali. Staff is not very friendly and the entire hotel appears old, the walls and rooms look like they'd need some renovation work done. Also the place is very noisy. Pool area is nice though, therefore two stars and not only one.

Just returned from Bali, stayed at Kuta Paradiso, would definitely recommend this hotel, very clean, very friendly staff and perfect location. Well done to all the staff for making our holiday memorable.

Rubbish place not 5 star. The only people who have rated this place highly must be their own staff. Believe me much better places to stay.

Love the lagoon style, swim up bar, poolside activities, great selection for buffet breakfast. Few issues with toilets but was happily and quickly rectified. Quick walk to dept shops, food outlets, marjets and beach directly at back of hotel.

The hotel is decent in appearance and may need some renovation. However, the service is phenomenal. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Room is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet is diverse and great. Location is near lots of restaurants, souvenir shops and the Kuta Beach.

Great location, friendly staff. I am not happy with their no. 1 breakfast buffet, they have plenty of food, but not much food interested me, the dessert is very boring. I am a meat lover, maybe it is perfect for vegetarian but not me. The room is old and the wifi is very week. I have to go out to get wifi somewhere else.

Staff is very humble and cooperative. They served lavish breakfast. Rooms are average. Hotel is 4 min away from the beach

Nice hotel, but the outside is getting old. Should have a renovation soon. The stuff is really nice and helpful! Thank you very much for that. Big breakfast buffet and tasty.
The rooms are good, they have little balconies, perfect for relaxing and smoking.
Definitely can recommend the Spa service!

We truly loved staying at this hotel. We book through Traveloka with a pool-view Delux room, the hotel send to pick-up us from the airport.
Staff are very friendly and smiling. Pool area is very magnificent. Breakfast is awesome with many varieties and so much to choose from. Location is perfect and near the Kuta beach.

Very outdated hotel. I don’t know how this is ranked as a 5 star hotel. Room smelled terrible, poor customer service when attempting to change, overpriced food, no view.

All staff very friendly and accommodating. Family room big enough with bath and separate shower. 4 min walk to beach. Breakfast buffet varied and constantly refreshed.

Great location 7 minutes away from international airport and walking distance to waterbom park and discovery mall. Excellent service and vast selection for breakfast.

Very nice and friendly staff, excellent service, nice pool and great food. Convenient location to reach many attractions. Specially the child care service and child play area and the staff their were excellent and its very helpful service.... Thanks for making our holiday an great experience more than what we expected..

The hotel is old enough but very strategic. Near kuta beach and famous place in Bali. The view is kuta beach. Love the swimming pool.

Do not get your travel agents cheat you if they refer this to you as a 5 star hotel. It's not more than 2 stars. By that I mean no central AC. Leaking roof etc. service is good. Breakfast spread is nice. It's on beach. Free bicycle available to go to the beach.

Nice overall Ambience and good level of service. Walkable distance from Kuta beach.
Pool with Basketball and Volleyball awesome is good to spent a lazy day.
Kids Play Area and Gym to work out on vacation is nice.
Jalnidhi Spa unreasonably expensive as compared to other professional spa services in nearby areas.
Vast breakfast choices from English, Continental, Organic, fried, roasted and local food nicely presented in the big hall with both veg and non-veg options served by couteous staff. I used to crave for more daily even after stomach full.
Prompt Room Service, Safety Vault inside, Wifi very slow.
Ball room is not inside hotel but few hundred meters away from hotel.
One of our friend complained for bed bugs and the hotel staff promptly offered a room change.
Food of associated Restaurant (Rang Mahal) located just outside the hotel on the left is expensive and poor service. The food was not good as well atleast for Hindu Vegeterians.

Stayed here for two weeks and the stay was average. Not up to standards for a five star hotel and the money we paid for the hotel also. We requested a pool view room but got a room on the opposite side next to loud construction noises. So we asked to be moved, which the hotel staff were very good and gave us a pool view and a nice room. They are smaller then I thought though and could be better updated more but was better then our last room. We also requested a late check out but that too we couldn't get as apparently they need us out by midday for other guests and our flight wasn't until 10:40pm at night. The buffet breakfast was not as good as I thought it was. We got given food vouchers at the start of our stay and asked if it could be used for the breakfast and they said yes but when we got there we couldn't. Could find a better breakfast place down the road. We also ordered room service food one night and the lady never gave us back our change. Overall, the staff are nice and the rooms are ok. Wouldn't pay the money we did for it though. Pool area is good also.

I highly recommend this hotel! What a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable and the rooms were perfect. Everyone greeted you with a smile and went out of their way to make sure that the stay was enjoyable. Gede, Ruth and Suarki at the front desk were awesome! Love this place! I can't wait to get back there.

Looks like a big convention hotel in Las Vegas. A tired version. Peeling paint, old sinks, clean but a faded glory. The staff is friendly.

Big hotel with nice pool. The hotel is big and very well managed. They do not have beach front but have direct access to the public beach.

Hotel is dated and rooms are in bad need of an upgrade on almost all accounts. If you want wifi or internet at all, DO NOT stay here... Breakfast/location are good but nothing better than what you can find at any of the surrounding hotels or resorts.

Breakfast buffet is really, really good. Great, nay, amazing selection of food and prompt attentive service.
Wifi is terribly slow and runs like a lame, hairy goat. A lot of room for improvement.
Check-in was quick and seamless. Pool is large and expansive. Gym is actually not too bad. Would stay here again.

Worst WIFI I have ever had. Needed to go out into the balcony to sign in, every time you locked your phone and got back into it you needed to sign in. Being we were only the first story up from reception the wifi shouldn't have been that bad, being in reception for wifi also wasn't great it was better going to a bar with free wifi. Breakfast is great with a big selection

Trees should be cut or trim you can't see the see at all .
Always rain we can't go for swimming.
Bar man in the swimming pool not that much good.

The location is convenient and close to many restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful. The best part of my stay were the breakfast buffets. The atmosphere and the presentation of the buffet was excellent. The quality was also quite satisfactory.
The hotel is a little bit on the older side but it felt comfortable. The biggest complain I have were the mosquitos in the reception area. They were vicious.
