DO NOT USE KURA KURA BUS!!! Don't waste your money and time on them. It's a scam! Buses are NEVER on time. It will ruin your holiday in Bali. We bought 3-day passes but only used for 1 day since we don't want to waste our time on forever waiting. I have tried many tourist buses all around the world and never had problem like this! So ridiculous!

Bus does not follow schedule. Bus did not come to designated stop at all, so I needed to pay for a costly taxi instead after already paying for a bus ticket. Busses are often late - by 30 mins to an hour. Very unreliable

Kura-kura bus provides transportation to a lot of places in bali. I took the route from alaya ubud to dfs kuta. It costs 80.000 per one way for ubud line but you can always buy in cheaper price if you go to multiple places using 3 day passes. The bus itself is confortable, wifi and electrical socket available and the driver drives safely. If you can’t go to DFS (their main ticket booth), you can just go straight to any kura-kura bus stop on the time listed at schedule and buy the ticket right away. Oh and if you bring suitcase, you will be charged 15.000/bag.

You can go out around Bali with only 150K for 3 day, and enjoy this cute bus with great services :)

This was the worst bus experience. We wanted to go from Seminyak to Kuta. We asked for the green line and they put us on the yellow.... which stopped at every hotel on the way. Then when we wanted to return from Kuta to Seminyak (which should be 30min) the driver didnt didnt speak another language to tell us to go to a different stop for the 30 min return. Instead we ended to driving all the way to Denpasar then back to Seminyak. Our 30 min return turned into almost 2hours. Get an uber or taxi - not worth the hassle and almost the same price. They wouldn't give us a refund either as we wanted to get an uber and stop their services.

Don't buy the return tickets to UBUD (160K), you might as well buy the 3 day pass (135k online promo) and use it unlimited for 3 days. Although this is a true hop on hop off type of transportation, it is still recommended that you pre-book your spot on UBUD line online as it is the busiest route. Their app is decent. Drivers were good, buses were clean. I would not rely on the schedule though, due to the unpredictability of bali traffic. For the price alone, it is a good deal to use them if you dont mind the public route with other people.

Good, especially if you get a multi day pass and use it a lot. If you're only doing one shorter trip you could consider using the bluebird Taxi as then the price won't be too different. There is Wifi on board and the staff is friendly. Good, and one of you only options, to get around Bali if you don't want to rent a scooter!

This is amazing, they have wifi on board and they have friendly staff. It's an air conditioned tourist bus, well local can use this too, it's cheaper and will bring you around Bali. Ensure to have your flyers with you so will know the timings, which bus to go and it is safe, by the way there's a tv inside and they have nice seats.

We went on the Kura Kura bus for our transport whilst in Bali & it was not that great. We were primarily on the Legian line, and the trip just takes so long (since it's a circle line). Going around the entire loop took about 2 hours.
It's probably more value for money to just take the Blue Bird Group taxis.

Kura-Kura Bus helps me out! The staffs and drivers are nice and friendly. Along the way, I can learn about places location since Bali is vast. Its WiFi is quite fast too. Overall, affordable price and great services. If you want to take a trip safely (especially when it comes to tour trip), this is for you. Recommended :D
