Not well maintained. We just visited for our travel agent inspection. The staffs seems unproffesional running and chatting like kids.
We plan to stay here for new year but don't know about it after visiting.
Only one restaurant nearby only like 10 meters from the property. The beach like 200 meters away.

The owner / manager and all the staff are very friendly with good service.
The food is excellent (wish I had taken a picture) my wife and I had Greek Salad, Oven baked Feta, stuffed mushrooms (baked feta and mushroom dish, a little too much salt so ask them to only use a little salt, the salad balanced this salt problem out).
Main course, Palace Kebab (three meats, rice, pita, yoghurt and other bits). Was outstanding with blow you away flavours.
The restaurant has been established for years, I will definitely go back either this holiday or next. My wife has a sweet tooth and really enjoyed the doughnuts served with nutella and ice cream.
The location is beside the circle K, it is separated by a wall of vegetation, and the seating is angled away so you feel like you are in a restaurant. Fans keep you cool enough to seriously enjoy your Greek Food and warm hospitality. This place is a real gem, ask for menu guidance if you are unsure. Price very reasonable, house wine great value, food excellent I loved it, even with two dishes that I think would be even better with less salt, hence 4 stars not 5.

If you want some peace and luxury this is the place.
I live in Bali (Seminyak) but some times I just need to get out and find peace. This is the place for it.
You wake up with rice paddies and instantly feel content with life. You can ask for your breakfast to be served to you on your gazebo, everyone has their own above their room with the most stunning views that just can take your breath away (or at least smile and think how luck you are to be here). You see the sea on one side with field's and field's on the other. Divine.
The swimming pool isn't a bad size either!
The beach is a short walk down hill, you can get other food down there and surf school.
Everyone is so lovely. Service is great and I absolutely love Sophie who runs the Hotel.
I always smile when I think of my time here.

The room is a bit dirty. Location is too far from the city. Nice view. Good for relaxing.

It seemed the staffs were not ready to welcome us. They put us in the wrong room type (the cheaper one) at first. Until we realized it's different than wahat we saw on the pictures. Then they moved us to the right room, but it's dirty, seemed like they didn't sweep the floor for a week! Staffs were not communicative. Water pressure is a problem in the room. There's no towel hanger, no soap, no amenities. There's no glass and plate in the kitchen. There's no hot water in the shower (only on the bathup, but it's also weird).

To me, perhaps the best accommodation I have ever been to. Five villas surrounded by green and rice fields, with rooftop gazebos where you can just lie and absolutely relax, 2 minutes of walk to a long, wild Kedungu beach with great waves, 20 minutes of adventurous walk through the rice fields and along the ocean to the Tanah Lot temple, calmness, locals, friendly staff and friendly owner, a nice pool, absolutely nothing to complain about. We spent there 6 nights in July 2014. If you are the "Kuta-type" of traveller, you will find this place too isolated from all the buzz, if you are not that type, you will love this place just for this reason.

This place has all the right ingredients to be a top location and stay. it's just the little things that are amiss that makes this a three star experience rather than a five star one. If they would pay a little bit more attention to the details they would really lift these villa's to the next level. A couple of examples
- Clean the villa's thourghly before the next guests arrive.
- I understand that when you book a ville in the middle of a rice field you're gonna encounter some wildlife, but just make sure the appartmetns are bug free.
- Maybe clean the appartments when the guests are not in their room (or at least make the beds).
- Make sure that the minibar is filled (at least with a water bottle).
- Change the towels every day.
- Hire a local cook which can serve traditional Indonesian food. You wouldn't be booking a villa in the middle of the rice paddies if you're looking for hamburgers and fries.
- Make sure that the bed/mattress at the gazebo is cleaned before the guests arrive.
- Have some shutters between the sleep area and the bathing area: the amount of light coming in the bedroom at sunrise is enough to fully charge a Tesla car.
- Put some new mattresses on the beds: these are of a poor quality.
To end on a positive note: the pool is great, the nature is breathtaking, (especially the soundtrack at night), the gazebo is spectacular and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I've got my hopes up for this place and I am sure that if they would take care of these abovementioned points they would turn this place in a five star joint.
All the best.

This is a beautiful place to be, the people of the staff are friendly and the cook prepares delicious food. In spite of that, we didn't enjoy our stay because there was no water coming out of the tap nore could we flush the toilet for 1,5 days. The room wasn't cleaned and we didn't get clean towels for 4 days. The owner didn't seam to care a lot. We will never return to this place.

First place that I could get decent speeds to check Facebook and upload photos. But after connecting on the 3rd device, Internet became unreliable and laggy.
The aircon in the room was not cool enough — probably due to poor design — the blower was sited within an enclosed box, and the all-glass walls did not have any heat shielding film although the two glass walls were facing east and west. Some rectification of blower positioning and heat shielding film on the glass will have fixed the issue.
Insects and ants were part of the charm of living amongst the rice paddies. However, I visited during the harvest, so there were mainly brown stumps and the smell of smoke as they burn the paddies to prepare for the next planting.
At the entrance of the property is a grand gateway that leads to some rice paddies. Follow the whiter coloured dirt track to its end, and you'll find a footpath that takes you to the tip of a nice promontory. Here, you can watch the same sunset and surf as Tanah Lot, in private, sans the crowds for free! Be careful as the cliff can be dangerous and the surf is big. Do not go too close.

Beautiful architecture, nice rooftop, but ants at all spots inside the rooms
