Went here on a whim.
The girls were friendly and sweet, but a bit pushy in 'upgrading' treatments.
Charged 155,000 for OPI manicure & pedicure that were rushed and not meticulous at all. Not even a fan to dry the nails off.
During the treatment I saw all the labels were 'Siberian Nights' for every bottles in every colors so I changed my mind for non OPI.
The staff said the non OPI manicure was 40,000 cheaper for both hands and feet but the grudged manager insisted on 135,000. Okay.
Friend got a 60 minutes blowdry for 100,000, that was just okay.
Saw people smiling when they left after the massage. Maybe we should've just opt for the massage.
The manager yelled in Bahasa Indonesia when a western guest changed her mind after she realizes the Shellac treatment is not part of the package she chose.
Staffs were smiling apologetically for the misunderstanding.
This manager didn't even smile when she received the money from anyone.
Alright then.

This is located near the hotel we're staying at (Aquarius Star) along Legian (pronounced as leg-yan') and it's only a 2-minute walk. We found the rates to be reasonable so I availed of a package that costs Rph100k for foot scrub, foot massage and pedicure. The staff were really friendly and warm. They asked us to leave our footwear outside and allowed my friend to sit beside me while waiting.
We availed of the body massage and body scrub and we didn't like the smell. Though we felt buffed and polished, we won't repeat it. If they had peppermint most likely we'll come back. Foot scrub was good.
The ambience was just OK and the staff were friendly, except for the woman who collects the money. I think she's the manager and it's either she's unable to smile or she just doesn't want to

I had package 2 which includes body massage, body scrub and foot scrub instead of facial for IDR120000. Staff are friendly but the one receiving payment does not smile. Massage is okay. Scrub and oil used doesn't have pleasant smell. They used jasmin for oil and flowers and rice for the lulur scrub.
