Pelayanan lambat, Customer Service tidak ramah, ketus, jutek terkesan "rasis" masih ramah securitynya.. padahal saya cuma buka rekening bukan mau komplain... sangat mengecewakan

pelayanan buruk, terutama scurity harus segera di ganti,
ke sana jam 2,dsuruh nungguin orang makan smpai jam 4 dsuruh balik,
makan gaji buta

Pelayanan nya jelek. Antrian customer service nya lelet banget. Antri sampai 2jam.

Antrian sangat lambat. Customer service hanya 1, kassa ada 3. Tertulis bank buka jam 8 pagi, tapi customer service baru siap melayani pukul 8.15. Plang CIMB tidak terlalu jelas sehingga kerap kelewatan jika akan ke bank ini.

Lambata customer service cma 1........nunggu 3 antrian sampai 2jam.... Sungguh lambat

Takes too long to queue at the customer with just one customer service officer on duty. It took over one hour just to queue during lunch hour. Need to either add one more customer service officer or have a faster operational procedure.
