good fun...bit on the expensive side...but make sure u negotiate hard and i mean hard...they will eventually give in...try and do a few sports to make it worthwhile and get a good discount. They like to upsell and charge for things u think u paid for so be careful...smile...laugh and negosaite

Terrible rip off- horrible experience! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Drivers must get a high commission for taking you here, but when they drop you here just tell them, " no thank you I want to go somewhere different." The snorkelling was $40US for 1 hour but they make you pay $40 more for a boat which is in poor condition compared to all the others out there. The water is cloudy, the reef is bleached. We saw one group of small white fish but it was hard to see because the water is so murky. It was 10 mins not 1 hour. So sad about our terrible experience. It was soooooo expensive. We were treated very poorly and did not get to go snorkelling properly. Very upset our driver took us to this dodgy place. Wated a whole day. Turtle Island was a stinky hell hole with animal abuse. They had an emaciated snake with its mouth taped shut. 😢

Great place! Reasonable prices, terrific staff who are willing to go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, and a wide range of activities. The best water sport company on that stretch of beach. Definitely will be going back!

We used Benoa Tirta Harum service introduced by our Bali driver (Mr. Gede). Mr Gede said this is the only place / company that can take us to turtle sanctuary which then we found out is a LIE. We went to Turtle sanctuary which we later found out it is not the right place. It is not a sanctuary at all. They only have a few turtle and animals just to trick tourists. The price of the boat is overpriced even for the local.

A very comfortable place for a lot of water activities.Humble staff and helpful.They explain every aspect of the activities.Not too cheap but yeah its the normal price

Reasonably priced, good service. We did scuba diving, they could have spent more time showing us around the coral and undersea.

Overly concerned with safety when it's you taking out their wave runner (they get in trouble if you wreck so they babysit you the whole time). NOT at all concerned when it's them running around at top speed in front of each other. Basically it's a load of crazy teenage boys running these high speed watercraft with no regard to safety. Glad I didn't take my family out with them.

Worst trip ever. We went on the glass bottom boat over to see the turtles about a 20 minute boat ride. Ride over was fine we saw the turtles which we assumed were on the beach however they were not. Got back on the boat to come back to our spot boat ran out of petrol after attempting several times to get the boat started and is flaring further away from shore he did the guide told us he had a little bit of petrol left to get us back. We asked him to take us back to shore and get more petrol. We sat in the boat for over an hour waiting on petrol to arrive and having to get out the boat as the tide was going out. We finally got petrol and headed back he took us out to sea at the tide was coming out and we couldn't get near the shore the waves were huge and scary. We couldn't get close to shore we had to get off the boat and walk through the water Nd seaweed. After getting to shore we them had to get a car back to our spot. When we hit back we asked for a refund of the glass bottom boat as they had us started for over an hour. They would not refund is the money. Not a happy person. So not go work this company.
