Fantastic trek to Mt Batur. Gede, Putu and Dede were awesome. We started up the volcano, pre-dawn. Not a difficult climb, but I slipped and fell nonetheless and Dede was there in a flash helping me back up. More embarrassed than anything, but happy he was so attentive. The view was magnificent and the weather perfect. The only thing that outshined it all was the amazing customer service from Bali Trekking Exploration. These are the guys you want to hire.

One of the best trekkings I have ever gone. The sunrise and scenery are amazing. I highly recommend Dede as your guide. He is reliable, funny, knows different places around volcano and speaks many languages.

An amazing experience on our Bali trip. The early wake up to trek Mt. Batur was worth it when reaching the top, the views were spectacular photos don’t do justice, you have to get up there and see for yourself. Our guide Didi and driver Gede were very informing and attentive to ensure we had the best experience. Thank you so much, we will recommend 100%.

My Girlfriend and I did the Mt. Batur trek and it was amazing. The view/experience from the top was priceless.
Our driver and guide (Kuas) were both great and even went above and beyond when a tree fell in the road blocking everyone to make sure we were able to make it to the summit on time for the sunrise. Both were very helpful and attentive to any needs (water, rest, pictures, etc.) No trip to Bali would be complete without this trek, and I truly doubt there is any better group to get you there.

Amazing experience. Early wake up but awesome tour guides and views on the volcano. Very accommodating and want you to have a great time. Did the sunrise and hot springs tour... the coffee plantation was awesome as well! Hired our driver for the next day also. A must do in Bali!!

What a morning!! Only a small group of 3 of us Kuas our guide was super patient very informative and spoke great English. The views up there are insane! Definitely recommend using these guys everything was great!

What an experience!!!
We had a great day. The hard work was worth every minute when we got to the top to be rewarded with a beautiful sunrise and the views were simply breath taking. I would recommend this to anybody coming to Bali.
The tour company were fantastic. From the driver to our guide Nik. They were helpful and answered all our question. When we struggled Nik helped us and most importantly he was understanding and patient when we needed a rest.
Another positive was our group was a lot smaller then other companies so I believe this helped to make it a better experience as well.

I booked the Mt Batur sunrise trek and white water rafting from England before arriving to Bali. The email correspondence was always very good. On the day, our driver Gede picked us promptly from our villa, excellent driver and very informative about Bali generally. Our guide for the trek was Nick, who was also brilliant throughout, making us breakfast and hot drinks once we arrived at the top. It’s a tough climb but definitely worth the effort. The views from the top for sunrise were spectacular!
Once back at base, Gede took us to the white water rafting part of the tour. Although not particularly challenging, the guide and backdrop to the rafting were superb!
All in all a long and tiring day but one of the best days out ever. Can’t recommend the activity enough, as well as doing it through Bali Trekking Exploration! Thank you!

A magical experience. Good hike, quite challenging but super worth it! Gede is a lovely guide and took some great photos for us. Might be on of the best things we've had the pleasure of seeing. What a view!
