I contacted Bali Pilates Studio via email before my trip to Bali...they responded very quickly and were so helpful and informative. The instructor Alessia was fantastic....very patient as I had not done Pilates before and explained things and corrected my posture the entire way through the classes - very attentive....I subsequently booked a second class because I enjoyed it so much.. Alessia has inspired me to continue now that I have returned home.... Thank you Bali Pilates Studio you are awesome.
