I was able to collect my rental bike from the airport (I only advise this if you hold a motorcycle licence and ride a motorcycle regularly in busy city traffic)
Mr Darna’s assistant，Mr Ali was waiting patiently for me (my plane was late and I had been held up in Customs - an old lady with a brand new pasport, wearing bike boots and jacket with a carry on backpack as her entire luggage was obviously a suspicious character).
After a short walk to the bike parking area，Ali explained the rental contract (no unexpected “extras” were added).
Insurance was not included. Any damage to the bike would have to be negotiated with the mechanic. I have heard that this mechanic has low prices， even for Bali.
I chose an older model Honda Supra because it was cheap, would not stand out from the other local bikes in the countryside where I was travelling and in case of damage would be cheaper to repair.
Mr Darna had emailed me back that the bike was old but I explained that it was what I wanted.
The bike had fresh oil; straight and true frame, forks and wheels; went well with no rattles and braked adequately. The battery was a bit old so when I rode to the north of Bali that night， I used the kick starter rather than the electric starter.
The bike ran well all week (no extra charge for distance covered) and Ali collected it as arranged beforehand.
My only complaint - the helmet supplied was old, flimsy and had no visor, though it was light and comfortable to wear in Bali’s heat and humidity.

I had to call them and ask for the car on the day. So i had to wait another couple hours for the car. Use google map because it's hard to find places in GPS. The guy who came to handover the car trying to rip me off. I paid $25 per day for a small automatic car but u can get it for $20. The car was ok. He didn't give me the car with fuel tank. so I returned the car with same amount of fuel. They guy who came to deliver and collect the car tried to get some extra money from me. so u need to be careful
