Avoid if possible! I don't know where this place gets such a good reviews from!? My experience - terrible! Booked "deluxe" room, was taken to some dodgy homestay a few doors away - disaster! Refused to stay there. Somehow "deluxe" room appeared in Agus Beach Inn but I don't believe they know what "deluxe" even mean!? Breakfast basic and awful. Music from near by mall kept us awake till late and then people chatting on the corridor till morning!!!😤 The whole atmosphere of this place was strange... Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone:(

A good place to stay with great Staff, close to everything you need. The Staff are quick to fix any issues that arise, would highly recommend this hotel.

The guy was very nice and his property too. He has one parrot who speaks.. irish guy of age of 70 was very helpful.. once take me to queens of india with his car anf helped me in the night

The hotel is totally different from the photos shown in websites.
Rooms are not good and bathroom stinks a lot.
And the hotel owner is very arrogant, does not listen you, if you argue with the owner he may ask you to leave immediately irrespective of time and place.
Be careful if you have booked room in this hotel.

Hi All,
I went to Bali with my parents on a vacation and I booked this hotel in Agoda. It was built in Balinese architecture and it was more a kind of home stay. My first impression after seeing the room was that it was not as good as it was in the pictures. The washroom was also stinking slightly. However we did not complain at any point of time; just requested them. On the last day of our stay, there was a miscommunication between the hotel staff, owner and us. They asked us to shift into a new room at the time when we were leaving to Lembongan island. We told them that we were already late and the driver who has come to pick us was waiting there. The owner was least bothered to listen to us. We tried to tell him that the staff has communicated us to stay in the same room but he kept on sticking to his word. The discussion continued for 30 mins or even more than that and then it became a hot argument. At one point of time, I told that it was the owner's mistake as there was no proper communication between him and the staff. Then he got pissed off and asked us to leave the hotel. We requested him a lot even if it was not our mistake; telling where would we go now with the luggage. The owner was very arrogant and refused to listen to us. The main issue was that I was with my family. Finally we felt requesting him was a waste of time and checked out and left.

The superior room is the best. Very Indonesian and not expensive. The sandwich on the breakfast was very tasty

We booked superior but got deluxe rooms. ☺️ Worth for the price. Breakfast was simple but so good.

Very nice Guest House. Rooms have fridges, aircorns and TV. I paid US$ 20 including breakfast. Friendly staff cleans the room every day at 11. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Closer to Lipo Mall.

Dekat dari airport. Tempatnya cukup bersih dan nyaman. Sebelah Lippo Mall Kuta, jadi daerahnya cukup ramai dan banyak restoran di sepanjang jalan.
Kamarnya cukup bersih dan nyaman, kamar mandinya sudah agak lama jadi terlihat kusam dan beberapa ada yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Kamar tidak kedap suara, apabila ada orang mondar-mandir di depan kamar cukup mengganggu.
