Perfect time for relaxing. Villa Tirtasari consist of 2 building, both are located on a top of the hill and offers the whole view of Kukup beach. You can pick based on your budget, but after all, they are affordable. The 1st building is on the peak and bigger in size, while the 2nd building is smaller yet still comfy to stay in. The natural plants and trees are surrounding the entire property. You can see sunrise and sunset either from your room or the balcony on the 1st building.
What i really love about this place is not only the location and environment, but also the host. The couple, Daryl (local call him as Dahrul) and Parni, assist me in almost everything, from food, laundry, tourist attraction info, scooter rent, or car rent to get back to the city While you have your breakfast down in their Cafe (DP Cafe). they will spent time to have a conversation with you. Free delivery is also available to the property. The couple have 2 cats, puffin and muffin, that live around the property to keep you company. Down to the cafe, they also have dog (desmon) and 2 more cats (jebe & micky) that will greet you nicely everytime you come.
Make sure you spend more than 3 days in this villa because less won't be enough! Plus, you can have a tour accross the Gunung Kidul beaches (5++) which took maximum 1,5 hours from the property (Wedi Ombo Beach). Make your way to experience cave tubing in Goa Pindul or Goa Kalisuci. However, remind yourself that this property is a remote area and far from fancy restaurant, convenient store, and ATM. If you have trouble getting there, take a bus from Yogyakarta to Wonosari (Rp 10.000 per person) and ask Parni to arrange a car to pick you up at wonosari for Rp 150.000. Happy holiday!

Truly amazing place to have very relaxing holiday. The Vila is located on very peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature and two cute cats Puffen and Muffen. The owners, Mr Daryl and Ms Parmi were very friendly and welcoming people, we had wonderful conversations with them. Ms Parmi prepared delicious meals down at DP Cafe and Mr Daryl looked after us very well, he organized our motorbike rental and always made us feel like home. I don't have anything bad to say about this place I am very happy with my decision to stay at Villa Tirtasari. I would recommend this to anyone that loves the nature. It's a perfect place to relax your head from the busy city.

I loved staying at Daryl and Parni's place, a hidden gem I'd recommend to everyone with a bit more time exploring the Yogya area. Seeing this wonderful house located on a hilltop when I first arrived, I immediately knew that staying only one night was not enough. Still, I enjoyed my stay very much, provided with delicious food from their warung down at the beach I watched the night sky's innumerable stars only to wake up for an equally astonishing sunrise. Since Yogya's beaches are a bit remote and public transport is sparse (or inexistent?), I'd suggest you to rent either a scooter or a car, allowing you to conveniently explore the many beaches along the coast. The road through Imogiri and Panggang is definitely more beautiful and scenic with less traffic than the one through Wonosari, which I took back to Yogya after swimming at beautiful Wediombo beach (a 45min to 1 hour ride from Kukup). Given the opportunity, I'd definitely go there again!

We were here just for one night, really nice place on top of the mountain, beautiful view, kind owners that also have a cafe (DP Cafe) in the village. She is a great cook :)

Villa ini sangat aku rekomendasikan bagi kalian yang suka advanture,pecinta alam, dan ingin lebih dekat dengan alam villa ini sangat cocok banget karena vila ini juga merupakan wilayah konservasi perseorangan oleh pemilik vila. Harganya juga cukup murah kok gak bikin kantong kempes deh pokoknya.

tempat yang paling cocok untuk melepaskan penat dan melupakan keramaian kota karena saat saya disini saya di paksa untuk berbaur dengan linkungan alam yang masih terjaga oleh pemiliknya. dan harganya juga terjangkau
