This place doesn't offer a great experience, but worth to try. It has many selfie spot. Come in the morning to see a beautiful landscape before the weather getting hot.

It's a pretty new attraction in Yogyakarta. The cliff used to be a mining place, but now it gives us a unique view of Yogya from the top of the cliff.
However, I don't recommend to come here in the afternoon even with your sunscreen applied on because the weather is so warm and it makes you go sweat. I also don't recommend to visit this site particularly at weekend because there are a lot of visitor coming and the crowd is just too much. Come visit Tebing Breksi for sunset and you'll get a beautiful scenery.
PS. You can have a picture with the owls too.

Nice spot to take a Jogja s view from the top. But the scenery is less enjoyable because the stones has become less colorful. I hope the takers is going to improve it

The access to Breksi was quite hard and dangerous. The road was steep, small, and bumpy. There were many buses, motorcycles, and cars which going to go up there, so you have to prepare yourself for driving behind those vehicle on that dangerous road.
Breksi is a super windy place. That makes the dust and sand go everywhere. I recommend you to wear some kind of surgical mask if you have a sensitive nose.
During the afternoon, Breksi is a really hot place. It felt like the sun is only a feet above you. You better bring sunblock there. If you want a great experience with less temperature to handle, you can visit that place before 10 am or after 3 pm. This place was crowded and noisy with many visitors when I came there.
The main attraction here are the view on top of the cliff and the sculptures in the cliff's wall. You can see the airport from above and watch the planes come and go. You can also see the Merapi Volcano on the other side of the cliff. There were also some photo spots with properties there. But you have to be careful because the cliff was kinda slippery on the top.
DO NOT WEAR HEELS! Its better for you to wear sneakers or sandals, something comfortable to climb the stairs.
Facilities: food court, prayer place for muslim, many toilets, wide parking lot, open air amphitheater, jeep tour.
This place is still under construction so you can find heavy equipment come and go.

Good place for sunset view. It has place for moslem to pray, small store that sell some snacks and drinks. When I went there I didn't need to pay for entry ticket just pay for parking. It's crowded when sunset time. It has best spot to take a picture.

Obyek wisata yang menyuguhkan suasana yang berbeda dimana yang menjadi ciri khas tempat ini adalah bebatuan tebing breksi. Terdapat banyak ukiran unik di dinding batu tersebut. Bagi yang perlu rehat sambil menikmati makanan/minuman, sudah tersedia deretan kios yang menawarkan berbagai macam jenis makanan dan minuman. Selamat Berlibur...!

Well, this is the place i don't think worth to visit. You can only see literally a cliff, a lot of stairs, hot, but there's a place that you can take a lot of good picture with the help from the Mas-mas and pay as you please. There's a lot of restaurant area for you to just sit and your view is the cliff. There's a Jeep rent if you don't wanna walk, but i think it has different route.

Best time to get there is on early morning to watch sunrise or when its sunset. If you want an extra experience, prepare +-50.000 rupiah to ride jeep across the cliffs. You will get more to see and spot to take a picture.
