Nice view, clean beach, friendly local people, and affordable food & beverage. The main road to reach this beach is convenient enough but after the main road u need to pass unpaved small road and it was slippery (in case : after the rain fall).

There are only few sign about this beach. On my trip, I passed the way to this beach because the sign was about the beach beside it. The road to the beach still so rough and small. It becomes more dangerous after and during rain because the road will be slippery and muddy. I don't think that bus can come to this beach. The parking lots are limited but still cheaper than the other beaches around. You can pay the entrance fee voluntary without any specific price.
The type of the beach quite similar with Drini Beach and Krakal Beach; white sand (quite rough) with wide coral reef on the shore. There are only limited stores but the facilities are enough. You can find toilets, local restaurants, souvenirs shops, and small mosque around. You can also borrow large umbrella for Rp10.000,00. It's a great place for sunbathing and beach camping. The locals are still nice and not too money-oriented. It's rather quite and private than the other beach.

Me and my little daughter having a great and safe quality time there. A place with genuine hospitality. A beautiful and clean beach with natural fresh water spring, springs out from its sandy beach adding the uniqueness of this place. The access road quite challenging though, but it really worth when you reach the beach side. Several beach cafe can serve you with mouth watering seafood dish including sea urchin on the menu, also sweet and fresh coconut to releave your dehydration after playing wet under the sun. My suggestion, go there after holiday season thus you can have the whole beach for your self. You can either stay in several lodge there, or bring your own tent or simply rent it from On-site provider. During the night time when the sky are clear, the stars are amazing. When visit there with children, don't forget to bring sunblock and keep them drink enough water, because they will definitely forget the time when playing on the beach. Also, even the beach considerably safe for children to play in the water, you must keep constantly monitor them and keep in mind that nature, no matter how beautiful they are, it's unpredictable some time.

I love this beach. Clean and you can see a little fish in shore. But the access road to the beach is very bad, i hope the local government will fix it.

Loved this pantai there was a lot of space to relax and enjoy the nature. There is area where you can get in the water but be vary careful as the current can be difficult to negotiate most times. There are a lot of vendors selling food and mats that make it very easy to just show up and relax

The beach has long shoreline and nice for sun bathing. You can rent the beach umbrella and the matt for only IDR20k.

Nice place to have fun with friends or family. Beautiful beach, but the access is quite difficult. It's a bit hard to reach because of the road condition.

Widely recognized as one of many virgin or untouched beaches in Gunungkidul. Clean and quiet beach on the weekdays, the access to this beach was quite difficult for big vehicle, and local residents provide parking spot near the beach. If you're hungry, don't worry, because there are several food stalls on the beach.

It's a good beach, foods and drinks are inexpensive, the passage to get here is very rocky and can be uncomfortable. The price is voluntarily and overall a very good beach with a very nice view.

Stay over the night, and enjoy the amazing milky way stars while lying on the white sand. Also you can rent a tent from the rental there. Food, toilets, and inn are also available with good prices.

Bit far from the main road, but the view is worthed. The wave is strong, so be carefull when you want to play with the water. There is alot cottage and you could spend your night there.

Lonely Pok has one of the cleanest beach and the most well laid out warungs in Gunung Kidul. It sets apart from the beach, yet has good view to the beach and sea. Kudos for the management. Hopefully other beaches in the area will follow suit. Willing to improve.

Even though you can't swim here because of the tides, the trip will still be worth it. This beach have a stunning view especially from the top of Bukit Panjung. One of if not the most beautiful view I've ever seen

Nice view, we can walk beneath the cliff in the east side, local people made the road using bamboos. We can camp here and if get the clear sky we can enjoy nice stars view.

The journey to Pok Tunggal Beach is unpredictable. It is initially offered a hard road, then it leads to a hidden paradise enticing and challenging guts. A tree that is iconic makes this beach more beautiful.
